This is the worst experience I’ve had with Best Buy. Was quoted 6 days after I ordered, a Friday. Planned around receiving this and building it. On ups website….delay, delay, delay. It was literally at a warehouse 15 minutes from my place. Finally reached out to Best Buy and the offer was “we can either reorder or cancel”. Not even try to put pressure on UPS to fulfill the original order. After getting disconnected 5 times from chat, I had to tell the story 5 times only to find out the 5th chat person said “sorry it’s sold out, you need to pick another option”. What option!? That’s not a choice, it’s a forced refund which still hasn’t reflected on my Best Buy credit card. Best Buy has been really shaky lately.
