Was optimistic with this wireless router, turned out to be a huge disappointment. Signal not as robust as it claims -- and very spotty (in/out) -- and touch screen software malfunctioned the first week. Tech support willing to help, but didn't have a chance to call them back since they were only available 8-5 PM. Eventually decided to take it back and replace with a NetGear product. Huge improvement and for about the same price. I unfortunately would not recommend this product.
