They were able to reset my t v to make sure that it would work with the speakers that I have. They were extremely courteous and and professional. However in spite of all they did the store staff was totally incompetent and what I was looking for and tried to sell me something that I. didn't want. Your sales personnel in the store need to have more training and be able to listen to what the customer is asking for.

My Geek squad guys were wonderful. They not only set up my receiver but also answered all of my questions and helped set up my Roku remote.

What can I say? The Geek Squad is the best. Pleasant, professional, but most important knowledgeable and efficient. We rely on them for all our technical support from asking simple questions in the store to difficult installations in our home.

I want to tell of Cesar the technician that has helped me in my install. Cesar was patient in explaining the different options I have with my system, and I appreciate this. before he left he made sure I understood a majority of my systems functions. I will have to learn over time on my own.

They set it up and it was great, but one week after they completed, the unit reset and I have no clue how it was done. Don’t wasn’t to pay another fee to get it done. Be nice if the leftinstructions…

I recently purchased an in-ceiling speaker system along with a receiver setup from Best Buy, and opted for Geek Squad’s installation service. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. While the speakers were installed, the technicians failed to complete the setup properly — they did not install banana plugs at the receiver end, which are standard for a clean and reliable connection. When you’re paying for professional installation, you expect attention to detail and a complete job, especially for something as basic and industry-standard as banana plugs. The oversight left me disappointed and required additional time and effort on my part to finish what should have been done during the initial install. I hope Geek Squad improves their training and quality control to ensure future customers receive the level of service they pay for.
