Angel and Cordelia move to Los Angeles and fight the supernatural. Good Show which featured surprises.

David Boreanaz ("Bones") leaves the world of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", along with Sunnydale friends Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter, "The Expendables") and Wesley (Alexis Denisof, "The Avengers") and sets up shop as a sort of demonic detective, helping clients solve supernatural problems. "Angel" is, in some ways, a superior series to "Buffy" in that it takes a more serious look at the mythic world that creator Joss Whedon has crafted. Sometimes too dark and brooding, "Angel" does capture your imagination and your attention.

I was bummed when TNT took this show off their morning line up so I was glad when I saw the DVD set at Best Buy with their monthly deals. I considered purchasing this online but I'm glad I decided against it. It was worth the wait.

Angel leaves Sunnydale after Buffy graduates high school. Although he moves to Los angels the demons and vampires still continue to haunt him and face him. Cordelia who was Buffy class and the most poplar girl in school began to figure out her secret during the first of Buffy the vampire. With the help of two new friends and old friend he will solve crimes and stop every battle he can.

i always loved the buffy series ( i own all of them) then angel came out and it was almost as good so i never missed a week. felt i needed to rewatch them all so i bought the whole series!

Angel, a vampire who used to kill and torture humans, decides he'll redeem himself by becoming a detective in Los Angeles. Doyle, who is half human and half demon, has visions so he works with him and they are joined by Cordelia. Now, Cordelia is a great character. She's a familiar face because she was a regular on Buffy. And she provides a lot of comedy and beauty to the show. Seth Green guest stars as Oz. Buffy also comes for an episode. Then Wesley later joins the gang. You also get to see what happens if Angel were to become human again. It's a good series and a great season. It's dark in tone, but delightful at the same time. It really pulls you into the storylines. And you do not have to like Buffy to enjoy this series.

A spin off that's just about as good as the original doesn't come around very often but this is one of thosed cases. Angle first apeared on Buffy the Vampire Slayer but left Sunnyville for L.A. after season 3 of Buffy to begin his own adventure. Now Angel helps the helpless by battling demons and saving the day.

Angel is easily one of the best t.v sitcoms ever!!!!!!!Action-packed, Funny, and great!!!!!
