Alas, having previously owned an earlier generation Ankar, I was expecting great things. However, we had to return this. The problem with the model we bought was that it would not recharge! We had charged it at home (which took far longer than my older model) but once we went on our trip, it would not recharge at our hotel room. I have never seen such a blatant piece of failed technology!

Don’t order online with Best Buy as they continue to ship incorrect items by sneaking in older models. I spent over an hour speaking with customer service online and they wouldn’t make it right by sending me a replacement so I ended up returning the item.
