    Very disappointed with my 1st Qi2 charger

    Expected faster and better charging compared to cheap china chargers but ended up disappointed and that's because I love and own many anker products. The magnets do not align well for a Qi2 charger resulting in no charge or slow charge. Might have to go with ESR brand depending how customer service goes.

    Good concept and idea but mine had a defective power source or cord because the blue light would only stay on for a second and the charge would stop.

    Lightweight easily tips over with a heavy phone has a lot more bend into it for going up and down. I like to heavier one from Anker than this one. Avoidance product go to a different product from the same brand. It’s heavier, better and built.l won’t recommend this product if I can give you zero stars, I would

    Stopped working

    The mobile charger stopped working within 6 days of use. Want to return it but cannot as the return period expired even though they said there’s extended return period. Earphone charging pad is small that it does not charge my beats earplugs

    First bought an open box one. Plugged it in. The blue charging light went on for 1 sec. Didnt charge device. Bought a brand new one and same story. Avoid this product. Its faulty and and read a other review in ankers site that a reviewers cable went out after 5 months.

    Unreliable Despite Great Design

    I’m a big fan of Anker products and have used them for years without issue. Unfortunately, this 3-in-1 MagGo charger was a huge miss for me. I went through two units—both had problems. The first one wouldn’t charge my Apple Watch at all. I exchanged it, hoping it was just a fluke. But the second one had a different issue—it would randomly stop charging my iPhone, even though it was properly aligned. It’s a great concept on paper and super portable, but if it can’t reliably charge your devices, what’s the point? I expected more from Anker.
