Does not provide advertised power capacity

This is advertised as a 10,000 mAhr power bank. I tested this and found it to provide only 5200 (52% of what was claimed). After communicating with Anker support, they indicated that this is normal for these power banks. Somehow, I expected them to be honest and provide that information in their product information and not just after the fact. After checking reviews online for a number of power banks, I have found that there are far better options.
