Customer Ratings & Reviews

Fast charging! Reliable! Portable! Would definitely recommend. Type-C charger. You can charge your phone, head phones and laptop!

Solid little powerhouse. Charges fast, holds plenty of juice, and saves me every time my phone’s about to die. Compact, reliable, and absolutely worth it.

As someone who has only had cheap portable chargers, this is an outstanding upgrade. Not having to worry about carrying a separate cord or damaging it (although you can bring a lightning/android charger), nor worrying about things sticking out means I can just carry it in my pocket. I've also used it to connect small lights and adapters due to its USB-A output, making it a great charger for more than just your phone/charger.

It is soo good, it charges super fast and it is small super good buy.

This product has proven to be extremely helpful—a true friend in times of need, you could say. As someone who is always on the go, it helps me stay connected with the people I value most. I’m in a long-distance relationship, which means I’m constantly on the phone, so this power bank comes in handy for me. I’m grateful I bought it and would recommend it to everyone. I’ll leave those reading this review with one thought: “Friends don’t always come in human form; sometimes, they come as power banks.”

Best portable charger, just a lit heavy. Good producto by price

So far so good. It has been extremely handy. The battery itself charges quickly, and it chargers devices quickly as well. Love this product! Family used it during travels as well so now I think I may be gifting one to everyone next Christmas.

The power bank can fast charge from a compatible Anker charger like the Nano with a usb-c input. Like in 20-30 mins. The power bank can fast charge the phones in 15 mins. A big plus is that it includes a usb-c cable integrated and a bright led monitor with % charged. One output regular USB so you can use the older USB to usb-c cables.

Speed to charge my phone and can use another gadget too. Good for travel and good purchase. I do really love the item that I bought.

Easy to use and performs very well in all conditions.

I had one already then said heck, why not go ahead and grab another. Now I have one at home and work!

The anker power banks are the best!!!! Alway got one of these big boys on me!

I purchased this on 1/24/26, and then it died on 2/16/26. I was only able to use it twice, charging my phone, which reduced the power bank battery to 58%, and then it went completely dead. I followed all troubleshooting recommendations on Anker's website to restart it, recharge it, nothing worked. I then brought it into the store on 2/17/26 to return it or exchange it, only to be told that because I was 12 days after the 14 day limit for non-members, I have no recourse to return a defective, expensive item. $70. I was told however that if I spend another $50 to purchase a membership I could return it for a full refund. Which means that if I now spend a total of $120, I could get $70 back. This is unacceptable. The store representatives were delightful, they were kind and helpful. I hold no issue with them, I do however have a HUGE issue with this policy. This wasn't a year later that it died. It was less than a month! How could I tell it would die before I could even use it a third time??? I spoke with the manufacturer but they said since I purchased it at Best Buy I need to follow their return instructions. PLEASE HELP! I have my receipt.

Love the capacity and the speed is unbelievable. So perfect for travel in remote areas where having power is essential. Just an hour to charge my android fully from <10%. Love that the cable is attached, no carrying or hunting for a cable, so convenient! The only caution is that it does provide a lot of power, which can overheat equipment if you're not watching carefully.

Anker makes good stuff, and this power bank is another excellent product from them. It's small, charges quickly, and has a built-in USB-C cable to make life a bit easier. And the 20k charge goes a long while, too. It's well worth the money.

This thing is a beast! The capacity on it is insane and I love that its output is good enough for high-draw devices. I've got events coming up in the near future where having a small, portable power source like this is going to be great at keeping all my stuff juiced up. I love the sleek design of it. Its not some crazy over designed housing that cant easily be thrown in a bag. This one fits in my pockets easily enough or in a pouch in my bag. The screen on it is also super handy to quickly check the remaining charge—so no guessing games here. All in all, 5 out of 5. If you need power on the go, get this.

This is our second anker block since someone stole our first one. Great for travel, fit right in the front pouch of our backpacks. The connected short cord is really helpful as well. Doesn't take too long to charge up and doesn't use up battery too quickly. Wonderful gift idea as well!

This product is great for travel! I like that is has a usb-c chord already attached so I don't have to go searching for one. my only issues with it would be it's the same size as my XL google phone

I bought this battery pack out of spite. Best decision ever. Reliable, fast and it lasts a long time. If you use it occasionally it can last almost a week or so.

I've been very impressed with this Anker 20,000mAh power bank. The built-in USB-C cable is extremely convenient since I don't have to carry an extra charging cable. It charges my phone very quickly, and the 87W output is powerful enough to charge my laptop and other USB-C devices as well. The battery capacity easily lasts through multiple phone charges, and the digital display makes it easy to see exactly how much battery is left. It's well-built, reliable, and perfect for travel, work, or emergencies. I highly recommend it.
