My family went on the train to Seward and coming home I used the battery charger I was given by my a friend for Christmas. It charged my phone but was extremely hot and I couldn’t turn it off.. My grandson had the Anker PowerCore and I ask him where he got it and when he said Best Buy I ask him for the info and the gave me the SKU number. So I went into Best Buy with a SKU number only for the Anker-PowerCore III 20K mAh USB-C Portable Battery Charger. I told the gal I didn’t know what I needed but here was the SKU and she took me right to the item.. Quick and easy.. Best Buy is great for all my technical needs.. I highly recommend this charger, it is very easy to use and something everyone should have if they travel with their electronics..

Best power pack I have taken it traveling all over the world and it’s amazing.

Lightweight and packs plenty of power. I have used this to keep my 12.9” iPad Pro charged up after a couple days camping with no access to power. I had no problem topping the iPad off. I take this on all my overnight motorcycle camping trips.

Solid product and easily used. Only complaint is that the "instructions" are in such fine print you cannot use them. But it holds a charge and works very well with my iPhone.

Very useful for when I forget to charge my phone. It lasts a long time as well in-between charges. It is a little heavy but not a major problem.

I think Anker is a very good product. I wanted something to charge my phone, iPad, and MacBook when I am not close to power. This works! It is small and comes with a small bag to store it in. Really like this battery charger.

Used this to keep my phone and smart watch on my recent mountain trek in the Grand Tetons. I had no issues and both devices charged up fast and the battery at full charge was good for the full week!

Charged great, holds the charge for a good while. I took off a star because it is on the heavier side and its fairly bulky. I used it backpacking and extra weight is always noticable.
