If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.

Great charging block

It fast charges my phones (Moto Edge and iPhone 11). It also will charge my MacBook Air. It's a great block to travel with too because it can fast charge both phones and have 2 usbs ready to go.

My only gripe is my laptop stops charging if I have anything more than my cellphone plugged into the charger at the same time.

I use it to charge my 16" MacBook Pro without any issue. And I love that I can plug my phone in at the same time. I keep this charger at work so I can keep my original charger at home and I no longer need to unplug it and move it around.

I guess this isn’t against this product specifically but USB C is one of the most delicate connections and wires. So be prepared to have to buy other usbc wires, mine stopped charging within a few weeks, consider too if you are constantly wrapping the cord up, I’m sure this plays into the longevity of the cable. On a small side note the little rubber nubs on the bottom of the unit have all fallen off, so it slides on the desk now, small inconvenience.

Versatile portable power

It has plenty of power to charge and keep my HP 360 Spectre 15" laptop running and to quick-charge my Pixel 4, with enough ports left over for headsets, speakers, etc.
