For iPhone 11, this charger supports 7.5W Fast Charge Mode. It should be a littl faster than using the original charger.
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1.Does your phone have a case or metal attachments on it? If so, please take it off to see whether it helps.
2.Is your phone is centered in the middle of the wireless charger?
3.What happens when you restart your phone and unplug the wireless charger and plug it back in somewhere else?
4.How long does the charger take to fully charge your phone when you're not using the phone?
