Worst product I’ve ever bought from Best Buy

I thought something was wrong in the beginning, when my phone would feel extremely hot after being charged (as if my phone had sat in the sun). Well, I just woke up to an uncharged phone. I use my phone for work because I am a delivery driver so this is a huge inconvenience. Of course I tried plugging it in to different outlets such as my computer and multiple hubs but nope. Completely useless. I paid a lot of money for this charger just for it to break in less than 6 months.. I can’t even explain how upset I am. I really hope they discontinue this charger, and honestly, I hope the company reaches out to me to send me a replacement.. a replacement that doesn’t become useless or over heat my brand new, top of the line, iPhone (yes, I bought the most expensive model).

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- The model of phone you are trying to charge. Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger
