The box claims this is a solution for quickly charging your phone, this is untrue. After 5-6 hours, my iphone was at 70%. Seriously buy a Logitech instead, it’s more expensive but you get what you pay for. (Unless you don’t mind starting your day with a phone at 75% every day.)

- What happens when powering the pad with a different QC wall charger?
- Are there any metal accessories attached to the back of your phone? Or if you have used a phone case, may I ask you to take it off to see if it helps?
- How long will it take to charge your device from empty to full??

They were one of the first things that I picked up after getting the phone and I liked the convenience that it allowed to keep my charge up without having to tether the phone. That said, there were times that I didn't set the phone just right on the charger or it got bumped off the pad and it didn't charge. This charger makes those issues into non-issues. hold the phone close and SNAP the charger magnetically attaches. Combined with a USB-C power delivery power supply ( no power supply is included with this charger) this charger powers the phone up faster than my "standard" Qi pad. In terms of design this charger feels like a nice quality device with an aluminum body, a non-scratch fabric face and a 5 foot long cable. I have had a lot of Anker cables over the years and the attached cable feels like their baseline model quality, which I have never had an issue with. I really like this charger and they (I have 2) are perfect for desktop and bedside. For the price I will probably pick up[ a couple more to scatter around my world.
