I had to return my unit shortly after I purchased it because the light never worked and the battery only held enough power for one charge on my cell phone. I was excited about getting this jumpstarter based on all the good reviews. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as lucky as many of the other reviewers were with their jumpstart unit. As soon as I took my unit out the box, I read all the instructions and began to allow it to fully change from the halfway state it arrived. Once fully charged, I attempted to use the light. The light never worked. I then charged my cell phone. It did charge my phone, but by the time my cell phone was charged, the jumpstarter had less than one bar of power (less than 25%) left. I was afraid that when I needed the jumpstarter in a pinch, it wouldn’t have enough juice to start my car or charge my battery. Therefore I returned it with no hassle. So thankful Best Buy has a good return policy.

Well built, great storage case, but I needed it to jump start a lawn tractor, it was not powerful enough. Had to return it. Perhaps for a standard car battery it might have worked. Great idea, but not for my purpose.

Doesn’t charge my phone twice as advertised. Bought new. It does start a car.

The only reason I am giving this product three stars for the fact that I have not had to use it yet. When I use the product and test it out then I will come back and make another review.

I haven't used it. But it is charged and ready in case I need it in my car. I love the case it came with. Makes it really neat and easy to find.

Can't really offer a honest review because I haven't had to use this thing yet. I guess it's kind of like insurance it's good to have and hope that you don't need it

Haven't used it as a jump start yet but it took the whole charge to replenish my Samsung S9+ from empty.

I tried several battery jumpers recently when i had an electrical system issue with my vehicle. The best brand i found was "HALO".

It would never charge again after the first use so of course it defeats the purpose of having it because in the next emergency is when we noticed it didn't work anymore

Ok to start I'll let you know this was a gift Christmas gift for my husband, of course he didn't have a need to use it till 2 days ago, this piece of junk didn't work and doesn't even charge a cell phone. I have to lost my money and I am embraressed that I gave my husband a piece of junk, I wish Best Buy would extend their return policy for such gadgets, this is not a shirt you try on if it doesn't fit return. I wish someone would reach out to me and exchange this garbage. What a disappointment.

I had a different one previously that my son broke which worked must better. I still have not been successful in using this jumper. I was going to return it but my son was able to use it. So I naturally thought it was that’s I didn’t know what I was doing. But I still can figure it out. The point is it shouldn’t be that difficult. It should be more user friendly.

I buy it because i need it, came 5 days late ,i tried to used the light not work,the jumper was discharged i tried to charge all night and was dead i returned i was very disappointed.
