The rubber pads fell out very quickly which means whenever you hit a bump, the phone falls out of the charger. It also is pretty shallow so if you have a card wallet on the back of the phone, it falls out

So far it's done what I expected out of it. My Galaxy S7 is a bit old and the battery ain't what it used to be, so I needed something that would allow me to put some more juice in it on my way to work. This is definitely way above a standard car charger, which will give me maybe 3% or 4% extra battery on a 20 minute drive. This one, however, adds about one percent per minute when the phone is idle. My only complaints are that when I use GPS navigation on my phone while it's charging in this dock, the charging isn't strong enough, and the battery actually drains slowly. Also, the battery will overheat after about 15 minutes of navigation, as mine did, forcing me to turn my phone off. I did notice, however, that if you use it on a vent like I do, blowing cold air out of it will alleviate the heating enough to keep using it. Bottom line is, this will definitely do the job. If you want to use this for navigation, you probably don't want to keep your phone on all the time unless you are only making a short trip. But for just charging your phone in a decently quick amount of time, it will work.

this thing is sturdy, has different vent mount configurations and is wireless charging. It does a great job holding the phone in place with side and bottom brackets. It has made all the difference in my daily driving. Also it sits far enough out from the vent to not totally block airflow. Good design!

Works great. Sits on vent slats really well. At first it hung down as though it was too heavy for vent slat. Then I realized I had to turn the “knob” around so the attachment (not sure how to describe it) on the back sits at a different angle. It’s perfect now. Love it. 4/5 stars cuz it would be nice if it could charge phone directly without plugging it in, but then it’d probably be too heavy.

Loved the simplicity and flexibility of setting up. Easy to operate, holds both iPhone and Samsung easily and charges through thin cases. Only two small pet peeves; the release button is not very intuitive, and, I wish that the charger cord inserted into the holder either on the bottom somehow, or had ports on both left and right side for flexibilty.

Great product its charging fast & holds up to my crazy driving & big galaxy note so I'd recommend & buy again. Only down side is if it's hot out it will heat up & must he unplugged for a little bit also I wish it was a USB type C charger but oh well.

I love this. You can rotate it and it fast charges. I hate it gets hot and can't charge due to sunlight but it only connects to vents no way to avoid sun.

Fantastic phone holder! Awesome charging pad if your phone doesn't have a large/thick case. I appreciate that the arms hold the phone intact and that the overall size of the product isn't too big. The price is a little high for my liking but it seems fair.

Charges fast as advertised. My only issue is how heavy it is. It weighs down the vent. Also not very tight on the vent, it's a little shaky

anker does it again. they mount comes with two different mounts and a dual usb charger. this mount provides my samsung galaxy note 10 plus fast wireless charging. you can adjust the mount for different size phones.

I bought this charger as a replacement for my old reliable one when it finally shorted out. I like this one but it has an issue with heat. When it’s hot, it won’t charge and it takes a long time to cool down. My one suggestion is to use the vent mounts provided (which are some of the best I’ve ever seen) and have your A/C blow on it. It works for me.

I love this mount. I just place my smartphone on it and it charges it wirelessly. It can't be any easier than that. The mount doesn't fit into my vent pretty well too.

Holds the phone well and charges as well. But, look at your vents first. I have a Toyota Rave 4 and the center vents run vertically instead of horizontally so fit is not as good, but, I still made it work. Would be perfect if it had options to mount to vertical vent blades as well as horizontal. Nice that it charges phone as well

This is my first smart charger and the best ever to purchase. I mounted on my car windshield and works perfectly well. It’s interesting that I don’t have to remove my phone cover to charge.

Charging pad is pretty good, but won't stay attached in vehicle. Falls off of vent. The method to connect to AC vent isn't strong enough. Had to buy a different option and this one was a wasted purchase

Does great job of charging and holding my Samsung S21 Ultra. Takes a little adjustment but works flawlessly. Only gripe is the rubber support points may fall out when removing phone.... They need to be glued or fastened in to plastic

Works great. Using it with an iPhone Xr and SE. both fit well and charge well. Does run a little hot, but nothing that concerns me.

I was surprised by the good quality of this phone holder. It even fit the Thick phone case us see and charges fast.

Works great for when I need it too, just wish it was usb type c but other than that it works great.
