LEO TOLSTOY'S EPIC CREATION OF BEAUTY AND DIALOGUE HAS BEEN RE-CREATED BY JOE WRIGHT WITH A REALISTIC CAST OF CHARACTERS.THE CAST'S ARTISTIC TALENT PORTRAYED THE POWER OF THE TIME AND THE COST TO GO AGAINST IT. I JUST LOVED THIS MOVIE.

Even though I had already downloaded this movie to my iPod, I had to get the DVD at Best Buy when I saw it on sale for such a great price. Love this movie! The photography is amazing and the cast is perfect for this classic story.

I love Anna Karenina. The plot and the way the movie flows is amazing. The Blu-ray copy is a great addition. The quality is outstanding and the features are a great bonus. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I quite like this movie. It is shot as if it was a play in a theater. I've never seen anything like this done before, and I really actually liked it. The acting is good and of course the story is great.

Unbridled passion leads to tragedy as Anna abandons husband, family, tradition and the norms of society for the ephemera of youth, beauty, romance & passion. Lavish costumes & settings set the tone.

This was a very enjoyable movie. It was an interesting story, & the costumes and scenery were beautiful! Kiera, as usual, played the part wonderfully! A great bargain. Thanks Best Buy for the sale!

I can't explain how disturbed I was to watch this movie. The way the sets were changed - like a play - torn down & rebuilt right before my eyes as the film evolved. The film suffers horribly by the self-indulgent Director, Joe Wright. His 'aren't I so clever and cool' approach to the telling of this story of two horribly selfish people and the lives they uncaringly destroy, is marred beyond repair. Re-shrink this DVD if you have it & give it to someone you hate for Christmas. Then giggle.

I think this version is a love it or hate kind of affair. It either gets slammed hard or praised highly. I say get it on sale and make up your own mind!!!

It is a good representation of Russian culture. Mildly entertaining and beautiful dancing/singing. Keira Knightley does indeed impress.

The movie was a bit too choppy with the scenes intermingled by being in a theater play and regular movie. It was a bit confusing at first.

This phone headset works well, but isn't comfortable. This technology is being phased out, so the options are limited.

The movie was ok. As the movie plays you start to understand it better, but it wasn't a high note on my list
