Cut to size and ready to use.

Used on some gigantic left over beef ribs and sealed with no problem. Was concerned edges/end of bone would "poke" through but no issues - they are pretty tough. Love our Anova vacuum sealer and sous vide cooker, but we ran thru the bags supplied with the sealer pretty quickly and needed replacements. These work very well.
