The bluray was great. The 4k version is video perfection. Absolutely astounding. Dolby vision would of made this a A+ I graded it A. This movie is a great story for all ages. Nice steel book

I really enjoyed this. Picture quality was awesome. Has some really funny parts and great special effects. Fantastic looking SteelBook also.

Ant-man SteelBook makes a nice addition to your Marvel collection, if you collect all of the Marvel feature movies like I do. This is a relatively difficult SteelBook to obtain, even though the movie came out 5 years ago. After looking for several months, I managed to snap up a copy. The SteelBook itself is cool enough, I think the front cover is good. Inside Art is a bit boring as it is just Scott Lang in his suit with an Ant. The 4K feature is good but I do not see too many extras included apart from the feature. You get one 4K Blu-ray and just a regular Blu-ray in addition to a digital copy which you can redeem online on your app of preference.

This is one of Marvel's best movies in my opinion. Great humor, great action and sticks to the comic origins. I would put this in the top 5 Marvel movies. Great story of redemption and the heists are filled with great action scenes. Now on to the steelbook itself. Every single one was packaged backwards so if you are a collector and dont want to open it, every one are packaged wrong. The steelbook itself looks nice with Antman going through a Hard drive. It is inconsistent though because the holes do not line up with Ant-Man in the artwork, which is kind of a peev if you think about it. Also they jacked up the price and has never been under $25. If you need this to complete your Marvel Steelbook collection it is worth it.

Ant-Man is a Bad-Butt, spectacular heist adventure movie. One of my all time favorite MARVEL films. It was directed by Peyton Reed. Paul Rudd is Scott Lang, Ant-Man a master thief who becomes a new MARVEL superhero. Paul Rudd helped writing a screenplay for his character he was playing. There was 4 screen writers working on a script for this movie, that is why the movie turned out so good.. It is a good solid, decent intelligent origin story about redemption that is a kick-butt, bad-butt movie. I have enjoyed it very much.

Ant-Man is a great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the first comedy focused movie. Movie has great laughs, action and drama bits when you need them in a great story. Generic villain who wants to rule the world other than that this is a great movie. Steelbook artwork by Matt Ferguson looks great and fits in with the new steelbook line.

I got this the day it came out, I had already seen it in theaters, so I knew I wanted it ASAP. I was skeptical about this movie when they announced it, and I would've much preferred some other heroes be adapted instead, but this turned out pretty great. I haven't watched it in 3D yet, as I don't have a 3D capable HDTV, but it looks amazing on standard Blu-ray!

Great movie dealing with the lives of NWA. and the similarities and looks of the actors as if the real NWA was in the movie.

Ant-Man is a great movie. It made me squirt from my nipples so hard I had to go to the doctor.

It's a Marvel Movie... But it is sooo funny! Just buy it, you wont regret!

After viewing ant man dvd i must say it was grreat

Personally I love all the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies, including Hulk which many fans ignore. I’ve purchased all Phase 1 through 3 movies. Ant Man is the last movie of Phase 2. Just like most Marvel comics this movie has the obligatory hero vs hero battle, and like the rest of the Marvel movies; the First movie has the characters’ origin. All the MCU movies follow the Marvel Comics Ultimate universe, this is different from the regular universe that most older fanboys like myself grew up with. In the original universe, and mind you the characters are essentially the same, but the storyline of the movie is a little different. Hence while some may call what I tell you as a “spoiler” it really isn’t, and is meant to give the layman a better understanding of what will occur in the movie. Henry “Hank” Pym is a scientist who invents a serum that allows him to shrink to ant size. His girlfriend Janet Van Dyne is a wealthy socialite who also takes the serum and fights alongside her boyfriend in the Avengers as the Wasp. During a time another person named Scott Lang takes over for Hank as Ant Man, but to avoid a conflict one of them later dons a different costume and goes by the name Yellowjacket. Hopefully this will help the average person better understand the movie. My mother agreed to watch all the three Phases with me. I have seen all the movies in the theatre and bought them all. We finished Ant Man a last week, and her response was “I liked this movie best so far!” She liked that the battles were kept to a minimum and the talking was interesting. She liked the first Iron Man and Thor movies, but subsequent movies were too much violence for her. We just finished Captain America: Civil War. Having seen Ant Man helped her with his appearance in that movie (but Civil War was too violent again). Personally it was slow, but she liked that. So it’s received my Mother’s Choice Award

This movie has enough science in it to almost make it seem like a science fiction movie Ala super hero mode. I have to admit Paul Rudd really makes this movie fun to watch. Great plot and action. Miniature action scenes are fantastic and sometime intentionally funny. Really enjoyed this Move. 4k improves it somewhat but already had pretty much good quality without it.

This is a review of the 4K steelbook edition of Ant Man. Ant Man is a fun movie. Dont try to take it too seriously. Ants are not capable of Higher Thought, Don't understand Compliments or understand complex orders. But in this movie they do. So, ignore the ant thing and enjoy a fun movie with a great cast. I love Steelbooks! They cost $5.00 more than the regular version, but they hold the disks better and look cool. If your an "Own the Media" type, (like most people looking at reviews of Steelbook movies), go for it!

I know Ant-man won’t excite you like Avengers will. But this movie is freaking great and hilarious. The movie is relatable as you can empathize with Scott’s situation. You want to love your children and make them happy. Also, this movie is probably the 2nd best 4k transfer of the MCU. The clarity of the movie is so realistic as you can see the stitching and pores of the characters. Also, the sound is pretty good when Antman turns big to small and vice versa! Buy this for sure and you regret it!

When the first Iron Man came out, I thought they had messed up signing RDJ as Tony Stark/Iron Man. Now I can't imagine anyone else playing the part! To this day, my favorite in the MCU. When I heard they were casting Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, I felt the same way. Now I can't imagine anyone else being that character. I think this is why the whole arc of the MCU has been so successful....casting the right people for each part. People that you believe are those characters.

Ant-Man itself was a surprise of a film in the MCU. With actor Paul Rudd the comedy is definitely present with a great ensemble around him it makes for a fun movie. This movie doesn’t reach for the stars with its story and is probably one of the smaller scaled stories of all the standalone Marvel movies. It’s one to get the family to enjoy with entertainment for both adults and children. As for the steelbook, it’s a nice chance for people that missed out on the original steelbook. The design isn’t overwhelmingly impressive, but keeps the 10 year anniversary trend of the hero’s silhouette with minor hints of things from the movie such as the pym industries logo on the back.

Ant Man is a great film and is much better for being a much more smaller scaled size film compared to the other MCU films where the whole planet and/or universe is in trouble. In this, the threat is much smaller in comparison which is what makes this so refreshing. Paul Rudd shines as Scott Lang/Ant Man and plays a huge, vital part going forward in the ensemble films going forward.

I really enjoyed this movie. Paul Rudd is great as Ant Man, and Evangeline Lily is so easy on the eyes. The actor that plays Luis adds some really funny moments, and its good to see Michael Douglas back on the big screen. It will be interesting to see how they incorporate Ant Man back in Avengers End game, and the follow up to this movie, Ant Man and the Wasp is also a great ride.

. An intense horror movie! Redefines the genre by delivering a solid plot with a scary lead actor and multiple chilling moments. A little bit of pacing issues could've been handled well but the end takes the viewer by surprise. Christian Bale is effective. I first saw him as Batman and now as Bateman...His performance is outstanding! It's hard to decide which genre it actually comes under because it blends multiple genres: horror, drama, crime, thriller etc. But I would classify it as horror because even without the chills, the lead character still is pretty menacing.
