Great case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans included do more than enough to keep your system cool. Optional fan slot on side is not needed but doesn't hurt. Use it as an intake fan if you get it, since the top exhaust fan is large enough to pull air out. Pretty quiet fans when they are on the middle setting. Great case overall.

Great Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like I mentioned above, the Antec 900 is excellent for keeping your components cool. The air that is pushed out of the case is constantly cold and I havn't had a single heat problem with my computer. Still gets five stars even though my back 120mm fan LED is dying. Its not enough for me to drop a star, but I suppose to some it may.

The Man's BEST Friend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here's how it goes, I have a Gateway E1500D That I've been upgrading now for about 7 months. It's a great little machine, but as the better parts come in, things start to heat up. So I was browsing one day, and the PC just froze, I ran SpeedFan and the temperature of the GPU was at 105 Degrees Celcius! So that meant it was time for a new case. I went over, and the guy at BestBuy told me it could be 2 things, the power supply that I had just ordered was to demanding for the GPU that I have, Or that the case was having poor Circulation. I picked this case up, brought it home, started building the PC, (tbh, I was having dobuts about this case before I brought it home, What a change I have had now!) And i found out the the cable to connect the motherboard was to small from the PSU. So I ran down to my PC store, Grabbed one, And built this thing. My GPU is running at 50 Degrees Celcius now on Full mode, and 40 at idle. I would definately say this case is worth the money, spend the extra cash and get this case, it looks good, and its TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Great case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The case for most people will have more than enough room for anyone. But no 3 way SLI with GTX 260s. 3rd card hits the hard drives using a 780i FTW MOBO. Not really a con. I will just have to step up to a full tower. And it will be the antec 1200.

WOW
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the money, this is really the best case you can buy. Has enough room for 2 8800gtx cards with room to spare. Has the best air flow out of any case I ve owned and having the power supply mounted on the bottom is a real plus for maximum air flow.

my first pc build and i think the best case ever.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first pc build and I picked this case. It has great airflow with 4 fans one of the being 200mm. It has also 2 additional ports for 120mm if you want to add which I add one that was the side one. Awsome looking design, the fans are quiet and have 3 different speeds. It is also easy to do your own cable management through the motherboard wall. I driilled two holes that were 1.5 inch to put the cables through. Everything looks clean now. There are also two ports in the back if you want to do liquid cooling. This case is one of the best that i have seen and I would reccommend it to everyone. Dont hesitate, just BUY IT!!

Great budget Case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This case has great air circulation due to its many fans and maintains a low level of noise even with some of the fans on high. The 120 mm fan on the top is barely audible when on high and all of the fans are manually adjustable for three speeds.

Nice case with a few quirks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case a few weeks ago, and I am happy with it, but it does have a few quirks: My motherboard has several of the headers for the front panel power switch, reset, HD LED on the far edge. However, the cable supplied with the case that connects to the power switch is not long enough. I was able to connect it eventually, but the cable is taught, and I had to route it diagonally across the face of the motherboard. The audio cable that feeds mic and headphone to the front connectors is not shielded, and so my headphones pick up a huge amount of noise from the system. I've tried routing this cable in different ways, but I still pick up noise from the hard drive motors and the graphics card. For example, moving a window on the screen will generate very noticeable noise in the headphones. The motherboard audio connectors on the back of the system do not have this noise problem, so I know it is in the cable. I am going to attempt to re-wire the audio connector with a better cable to see if this helps... The case fans each have individual switches on them to control air flow, with high/medium/low switch to set the fan speed. The disadvanage of this is that it is necessary to open the case in order to change the fan speeds, and since the fans are not connected to the motherboard fan headers, software utilities that report the fan speeds do not work - I only see the CPU fan speed in these utilities since the other fans are not 'connected'.

Great for gamming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case because I was having a hard time keeping my over clock NVIDIA 8800 cool. I used a graphic card fan but it just didn't cut it. It didn't take me too long to switch cases(I recommend geek squad if you don't know how to.) The case is large inside and appears to fit most mother boards. It has a total of 4 fans which is going to need some power so you may want to upgrade your power supply. Since it has a lot of fans it brings in a lot of dust, but as long as you blow out the dust you should be fine.(Best buy sells canned air) The fans also have adjustable speeds (High Medium and Low)for each fan. I've had the case now for a couple of months and is running great!

Great overclocker's chassis
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Antec Nine Hundred is currently the most popular case among computer enthusiasts. It is reasonably priced and has amazing airflow with the coolers already installed. No door fan is actually a "plus" because they are annoying to disconnect and reconnect every time you open it. Meshes and filters all over all of the openings ensure the components inside the case only have minimal dust. With all the airflow, without the meshes the inside would be a giant dustball within days. Blue LEDs on the fans and all over. Power supply mounts in the botton, which is weird at first but you can see how that helps the airflow over the processor, video cards, memory, and chipset. Power supply on the botton also makes the case alot more stable and less likely to fall over if knocked into. Make sure you get a power supply with sufficiently long wires to reach up to the optical drives way up top. The Rocketfish 700W modular power supply works great in this case. Antec really listened to their customers and made the perfect case.

Good case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't come with the 3.5in adapter. Had to buy a new one off of amazon.com just so I could put in my all in one card reader. All the fans do not work unless they are on high. Wanted them on low or medium for right now, but only two would even work unless you turned the machine on high, then lowered them. I'm not going to open case everytime I use it for that. If I would have done my research more, I would have just bought the Antec 1200 becasue it is only about $20 more, and it's a full tower. This is what happens when you rush into things. Oh well. Still happy with the case. Can always upgrade case later if needed.

Amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This would have to be the best case I've seen. Its big, looks cool, and has great airflow. Even when you turn all of the fan switches to "high" it is barely making any sound. everything fits without a problem. I had an 8800GT nvidia graphics card in there and no matter how hard I pushed it the temp will never go above 65C. I've overclocked where the limitation is the hardware, and not the heat. This also applies to my CPU as well. The only problems I had with this was one thing: LEDs. If I want to torrent something all night then I have to have those blue lights on, and I don't want to throw something over it for obvious reasons. I'm looking into a way to wire the case where I can throw a switch, keep the fans on, but turn the LEDs off. Also some people have complained of its weight. I see no problem with it. sure it may be heaver than others but unless your going to walk a mile carrying it every day, I see no problem. All over great product, my friend recommended to me and I'm so glad I spent the extra money. I would recommended this to any person look for a new case. Also, just look at the reviews. 100% of (currently 49 including me) people recommend it. You are not going to find a better case than this

Great Cooling Without The Water
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose this case for a friend's build after coming across it a few times on many websites. The case has the power supply mounted at the bottom at the case, which allows for better airflow out of the top 200mm fan, creating outstanding cooling when combined with the 3 other 120mm fans. However, you're going to want to go with a PSU (Power Supply) like an OCZ GameXstream because of the long power cables, otherwise cable management will be horrible. There's enough room to run two 8800 GTX SLI, but it isnt easy, the space is a bit cramped because it is a mid tower, but when you do fit it in they should stay pretty cool even on the fans lowest setting. On the same note, the fans have three speeds, but they can only be controlled from inside the case, which can be a hassle. You should really only have to change the speeds once you upgrade your system though, otherwise the case does a good job of staying cool on Low and Medium. The tray on top, yet a simple design, is great from holding phones, iPods, Cameras, or anything else when transferring data. Also if you decide you want to be the most extreme of overclocking machines, and air cooling isn't enough, Antec has included holes in the back of the case for future water-cooling possibilities. One of the drawbacks of the 200mm fan is that you can not just go out and by another one, if it breaks, you're pretty much out of luck. Another thing is even that the case is extremely heavy compared to others, some of the parts of the case seem very flimsy and cheap at times. Overall, I think this is a great case and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants great cooling without the hassle of water-cooling.

Great Cooling but a little cramped.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its a very nice looking and great cooling machine. I put my two 7800 gtx's in there and an enermax 1000watt power supply. Only draw back is its limited space, I had to literally squeeze everything in and the cables from my power supply block some of the airflow case it is so tightly wound up in there. Also if you have more then 3 hard drives you cannot use there optional HD bay fan. Besides that I believe I made the right choice as long as I don't put anything more in there.

Nice case but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case because I was installing a second 8800GTS for a SLI setup. My old case was another Antec mid-tower and the back of the video cards were right up against the hard drives with barely enough room for the pci-e plug. After reading other reviews, I thought this case would be bigger, but upon installing everything, it's actually the same size as my original case, just wider. Since I had already installed everything, I decided to just keep it and use it anyway. With the power supply on the bottom, my second video card is practically sitting right on top of the power supply and the temperature on the second card runs about 20°C hotter than the top card. Other than that issue, I still like the look and feel of the case. Be warned, this case is HEAVY so you won't want to move it around too much. The numerous fans keep all other components cool and LED fans are a nice touch. Case is definitely louder than my other case, but that's to be expected with the number of fans. All in all, a nice case, but wouldn't recommend it for SLI or any long 8800 cards.
