Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the ClearStream Micron Indoor Long-Range Digital TV Antenna's reception, picture quality, and ease of use. Many appreciate its ability to pick up a good number of channels and its relatively compact size. However, some customers found the signal strength inconsistent and a few felt the price was a bit high for the performance. The length of the included cable was also a point of concern for some users.

Great product!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is great product if you want to get off of cable TV or satellite TV. Of course you are at the mercy of the over the air broadcasters and the strength of their signal. We seem to have no problems except for the local FOX station here is Austin. Other than that it works fine. We use this antenna in conjunction with our Apple TV. Between the two we get most of the TV we want. NO down side. Installation is super easy. What more can I say?

Better tv antenna for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a less expensive antenna that I purchased that got a few local channels, but would not pick up any Spanish channels like Univision. This antenna cost about $40.00 more and it picked up more local channels including Univision which works for me. Also the channels don't get interrupted like the less expensive one I have. I guess you get what you paid for.

Cord Cutter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this TV antenna with the hope of cutting cable. It has worked out very well. We followed one of the many websites out there to help establish what kind of antenna you need. In the Boise area we pick up around 30 channels on one TV while the other TV gets around 24. It gives us what basic cable used to give us without the recurring monthly fee. This coupled with a Blu-ray player or slingTv can support all the TV needs you have.

No cable/dish bill
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have one of these antennas on both tvs in my home and am pleased with the reception. Live in a second floor apartment in Syracuse and get all local channels clearly. Doesn't take up much room and doesn't have those ugly rabbit ears sticking up. Once set you don't have to move it to pull in stations. Easy set up.

What?!?!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to cut the cord this year and drop our HDTV provider. I was 95% on board, but since I am a huge fantasy football player, I didnt want to give up the NFL package. With only the ability to stream, I wasnt going to be able to watch any football at home during the season. A little research led me to this digital antenna. I live roughly 35 miles from the broadcast towers, and I get FREE, CRYSTAL CLEAR HD. I was able to watch the Super Bowl, and will be able to catch all the local broadcasts. Oh, it also will get the news haha. The reception is great and like I mentioned the HD quality is stellar. Set-up was very easy. Just know that you will have to do a little bit of trial and error to find the right location and positioning of the antenna, but once you find the sweet spot you are golden. Also, it looks decent, not reminiscent of the old metal bunny ears. Definite buy if you are cutting the cable cord.

Good basic antenna
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gets pretty good reception but drops channels requiring search for channels to be repeated. Easy to install.

It's ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cut the cord from expensive cable companies and wanted to get an antenna. I only needed basic channels for news and most of the shows I watch are on channel 2 and 7. I was able to get reception on 7 great and the HD quality is perfect. But for some reason channel 2, 4 & 5 would have constant pixelation. I tried moving the antenna in diff places with no luck. Although channel 7 was perfect I still want to watch other channels too without all the pixelation. I will return and try a diff antenna with an amplifier.

good antenna
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to put out on my porch for my television. I temporarily used inside my house until I got my big antenna installed and it got excellent reception and the picture was high quality. I received a number of stations. Installation was extremely easy.

Great Reception Sleek Look
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have went through numerous antennas trying to watch local football games. None have held up like this one. It receives dozens of channels, some of which I did not know existed. Sometimes I have to adjust it, but a slight move will easily tune the channel you want in. It also looks nice. As a side note, I dropped it and busted it open and the insides look remarkably simple. It is just a circular metal looking plate inside... Anyway, used it all back together and still works like a charm.

Good for the price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The last time I purchased an antenna was decades ago with the rabbit ears. I must say technology has come a long way. I don't need to adjust. It just sits behind my TV against the wall and reception is great. HD quality. I barely get any static. It blends into my other tech stuff! Love it.

Seems to work well enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a non-cable TV in the house. This needs to be pointed directly towards you area's TV towers. This was difficult for me because the towers are north of my home and the TV was in the south facing room. I ended up running a cable through the house (in the basement) so that the antenna could face north to the tower. Now it works well. I get all the expected over the air channels. Find out where your towers and where this will be placed. If you can get it pointed at the towers it works great.

Great affordable antenna
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This antenna has been my alternative to cable / satellite and has been working pretty well for the most part. I occasionally have to move it around to get good signal, but otherwise it is just what I was looking for!

Works good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am pleased with the antenna. It gave me most of the channels I watch and it has good picture quality. Only thing bad is that the channels sometimes don't come in. But other than that it beats having a cable bill.

Great antenna!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after having less than stellar results from a highly recommended Terk. While the Terk was inconsistent and never could get more than half the available channels, this Antennas Direct model immediately picked up every channel in my area. It does a great job even though it's hidden away behind the TV in a bulky armoire cabinet. Highly recommended.

Ehh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this with high hopes of receiving a few channels I could not get with the old set of rabbit ears I bought for $10.00 5+ years ago and was greatly disappointed. The antenna picked up the same stations as the cheap old broken rabbit ears I had been using and actually had a weaker signal on some of the channels to boot. I returned this antenna a week after purchasing it and trying multiple positions and configurations on two television. I would not recommend getting this product based on my experience with it, but maybe I was not holding my mouth right.

This One Works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this antenna to replace one I already had. Other antenna did not work well with bedroom tv, so moved it to another tv in the house. Bought this antenna for the bedroom, and it works better than the first one. Able to get many channels with clear reception.

Does the job, well engineered
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I do not live far from the TV stations in my area, I bought a much cheaper RCA antenna. Unfortunately, the RCA did not pick up a station that is practically a neighbor despite picking up two other stations (though with heavy tiling). So, I shelled out more cash to try the Micron. Not only does the Micron look better, but it includes feet so one can stand it up and make adjustments in how/where it faces. I can pick up two more channels now. Adding a Winegard amp, I can get six channels very clear. I am a happy customer - free TV, full HD, saved $70/month cancelling cable.
