Get one
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hooked this up in my attic and I receive 40+ Channels. Bye bye cable. I highly recommend this antenna to anyone who wants out of pay tv. The Channels come in extremely clear and look as clear as cable if not better on the local channels.

Poor range
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because my cheap antenna didn’t pick up some of the local channels. This was only a very slight improvement. Not worth the money.

Works as Advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works as advertised. Very easy to assemble (15 minutes). Note you do need a 8mm wrench or socket for assembly. Requirement not noted in the instructions. Also need a 7/16 wrench to tighten the coaxial cables. I am located 30 miles outside Omaha. Placed unit in my adduct knowing range may be hindered. TV's (2 Sony, 1 Pioneer & 1 Samsung) all have good signals (80%) and clear screens with no pixlization. Reason for purchase, AT&T (DirecTV) in contract dispute with local channel. Also rates of cable seem to always be in the rise. Been with DirecTV since '97' and preparing to cut the cord. Reduced service package with D-TV so basically they (AT&T) are paying for the antenna and the eventual loosing of a 20 year customer. Here's to Cutting the Cord! Thanks Best Buy!!!

Best Antenna We've Used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve had the DB8-E installed for about nine months now and it works great. The DB8-E can pull in signals from two different directions or get excellent reception from one direction. Where we live, the TV antenna towers are in two main groups about 110 degrees apart. We have been able to get reception from both groups by aiming one of the arrays toward one group and the other array toward the other group. This was not the case with the other antennas we tried (Mohu Sky, ANT751, and DB2-E).

DB8E Antennas Direct
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Antenna. First one was damage during shipping. Anyway we are rocking some TV stations now. Its combine with a Clearstream 5 and Winegard LNA-200 Boost XT pushing 3 HD TV's easy even in bad weather. Just did finish before the big boomer hit.
