Anthem is a decent game that was overhyped. Once you get past what it was supposed to be and just let it be what it is, it can be pretty enjoyable. Anthem is most fun when you are playing with other people you know.

Fantastic game, looks absolutely stunning. Amazing fight dynamics. I'm completely sucked into this game. There have been some issues with it but Bioware has actively correcting them. I'm so loving this game right now!!

While I enjoy the actual game play of Anthem, when you finish with missions it’s kind of a pain in terms of where to go. There a lot of repetitive elements as well that stops it from being a great game. I wish it had lived up to the hype but it’s still fun to play when there is nothing else on the market.

This game launch full of bugs and they are struggling to keep up with the complaints. This game is even powering down consoles with no warning. Great idea and very cool combat; however, I would suggest waiting on this until BioWare cleans it up.

This game has so much potential, however it was just not ready for release. It's gonna be awesome once the kinks are worked out. Another in a recent spate of games that just needed more work before release.

For 5.99 it was a steal. And also didn't knew I was getting a free steel book. This is my first steel book. Game looks gorgeous on PS4 pro. Yet to try multiplayer. Steel book looks beautiful.

I bought the game on release, but waited to play for about a month because of the known launch issues. I’m glad I did, and the game is a lot more fun without all the nasty bugs others complained about.

The game didn’t get great reviews but it still is pretty fun to play. Flying around in a high tech suit feels pretty awesome. Game looks great too. They may keep patching the game so it gets better

I'm not sure about all the complaints that I have heard regarding Anthem. This is a beautiful game. The controls are great, the story is unique, and each of the javelins are engaging. I appreciate the wide array of choices when modifying, farming for masterwork items, and really tailoring my javelins to my taste. There were some hitches at the beginning, with connectivity, but they adjusted pretty quickly. Matchmaking is easy, and getting a random group together has been smooth. Though, I can still see where things would be difficult if your own internet connection is poor.

The enemies are repetitive, but it is a fun game to pick up and play with you friends. I wouldn't recommend paying more than $25 -$30 for this game at this time. The content is very lacking, but DLC will be free for this game in the future, so it might be a great buy after the release.

This game has a lot of problems. Network problems, glitches, loot is lacking, along with many other quality of life problems but I did enjoy it for what it is flying around in a javelin(iron man suit) and destroying enemies. I expect in a few months this game will be on the right track

I don't play myself but I do indulge for my teenage boys, they enjoyed it, and had my ear full about it everyday on the way home from school. Takes a great game to pull them away form the Fortnite!!

Great game. A lot of action and looks amazing. It does need more content. I was able to level up very quickly. In time this can be an even better game.

Its a great start. It should've had a beta. So the developers could collaborate with the players, work out the kinks, hear what the anthem world has to say. The graphics are amazing. The landscape is just breathtaking. Gameplay... needs some work. In time it will be a great game.

Overall the game is fun to play and the combat is great. My only issue is some of the cutscenes are too long and need to have a better skip option. They don't add much flavor to the story line.

There are some bugs and some things don’t make sense. Menus are weird, adding friends is done through PS instead of the game, no way to see character stats, no way to see teammates levels, etc.

Do not purchase Anthem if you are expecting it to live up to the hype. The game does several things well: combat, suit modification, cooperative gaming, and simple but enjoyable RPG elements.

Anthem makes you feel like a superhero. When you launch into the air, hover, shoot and use your ultimates — it feels so good. Unfortunately the load times and not being able to check your loot, just take you out of the moment. This is a GAAS, so hopefully this will get fixed

So i saw this on sale for $15 and thought its worth trying for that price. It wasnt until installing the game i remembered that its online only and it has had a history of issues. It immediately wanted to download a huge patch and then it was not allowing me to play due to problems connecting with the servers. I have not returned it in the hope this gets resolved and it can sway my current feeling towards it, but for the moment it gets a 1 star and a buyer be warned message.

Love the ability to customize suits. Really makes you feel like iron man. Only bad parts are the long load times and the fact that you have to exit a level to equip and try out new items.
