    Its tale of how antwoine overcome through not having his real parents in his life can actually help alot of the people that were put into the system. I myself can relate and i know alot of friends who can to. This is a heartfelt movie that the family and older kids can enjoy and it brings a real calmness to loud world of today.

    This is Denzel directorial debut and showed that not only is he great as an actor and also great as a director. Of course, for a movie to be great the actor and director must have chemistry, and Luke and Washington are great together

    derek luke was fantastic in this movie. he was a fairly new actor but he nailed it, gave a very compelling performance. denzel's performance was good, but i found myself being kind of confused on the background of his character.

    I prefer wide screen DVD displays and thought that I had ordered "wide screen"...received the limited viewing screen version but still enjoyed the movie.
