This monitor works great and it was at an affordable price. Has HDMI as well as VGA connection abilities. Great to use as a 2nd monitor!

Was looking for a small HDMI monitor to extend the desktop on my Laptop, this worked perfectly and was very economical.

So I purchase this because I need a bigger screen for presentations and can't afford a new laptop. So far so good. Easy to set up and even transport in a computer bag (I don't recommend making a habit of carrying an unprotected monitor around). The plate goes on and off in a second, the back bar tilts and it fits pretty perfectly in a mid-sized computer bag or book bag. So if you need a second screen to take to small meetings- this is good.

Crip clear picture. Was looking for a second display to use with my laptop when I work from home. Serves its purpose.

I purchase this just for my laptop. 21.5 is bigger than 17.3 and i get a good deal on that day. i think its about 80

I saw a lot of reviews complaining that this monitor has no speakers and when connected to a laptop you cannot listen to music through your laptop speakers, I am here to tell you that you can! When you connect the monitor to your laptop using an HDMI cable your default speakers automatically default to whatever is connected through the HDMI. While your HDMI cable is connect to the monitor go to your speakers settings and change your default speakers back to your laptop and you can listen to music through your laptop speakers again! I use the second screen only mode (my laptop screen does not display anything and this monitor displays everything) and I still can listen to music from my laptop speakers. I also tried it in extended screen mode (so this monitor is an extension of my laptop screen) and it worked! I love this monitor and the clarity. it works great for using split screen while working with multiple documents. My only complaint is no USB ports to connect my mouse and keyboards to. I have a wireless mouse though and my keyboard cord is long enough that I can connect them to a usb hub on my laptop. I also connect my usb mass storage device through my laptop.

I purchased this monitor to connect to my new laptop since my old monitor did not have an HDMI connection and am very pleased with the quality of the monitor. The monitor was on sale and I am very satisfied with its performance and the price I paid for it. I would definitely recommend this monitor.
