You can pay for the brand name or you can get the same quality in this monitor. I believe AOC is Best Buy's branded monitors and I found this on sale. Even at the full retail it was considerably less expensive than the big name brands. It's got all the features I wanted in a monitor plus clean lines, and it's super bright! Thinking about buying a second one now!

Nice monitor for the price. Good picture. I just wish the stand allowed you to swivel the screen or move up and down. I would buy another one.

Great monitor. Plugged it in and it works like a charm. Only issues are I wish it came with a DVI cable and also the control buttons are under the display and not clear which ones perform which action. Takes a few times getting used to it (and then relearning it when I have to go back later).

Selected this monitor based on generally good feedback and excellent picture. Bought as a second monitor; turns out this one is much brighter than my other Asus monitor. Highly recommend; may buy another.

this monitor is HUGE and the price was small, on sale, or not! We got it on sale and love the quality of the product for the price. The screen is bright and it was a plug and play situation, easy to integrate into our computer system.

Purchase these monitor so I can use a dual monitor system for my computer. It works fine and the price is great for brand new 23.5" monitors. Only wish it had speakers for sound.

I was looking at monitors and came across this one on sale for $100. Can't beat a 23" for that price when I almost paid the same for a 20". Just keep in mind this DOESN'T have a HDMI input. I wasn't worried about that and went to DVI on this one from my VGA. Good picture. Not a whole lot of adjustment options but most people don't need them anyway. All in all a good buy!

I needed to get a second monitor for my PC quickly, and ended up finding this one. The price was obviously most appealing. As a monitor, it does the job without issue. I'm not a graphics professional, but to me the screen and image quality is suitable. I was probably most disappointed that the monitor stand doesn't include any kind of tilt or height adjustment. With a little searching, you may be able to find other monitors in the same price range that give you more articulation on the stand.

My husbands monitor died. This is a good monitor. Very clear and good size for the price. I would definately buy another one.

I got this monitor as a present for someone , but then they decided they wanted a tablet , so I kept it for myself. I used it to replace an hp display port monitor , I am very happy with this AOC, it is much brighter , and the resolution and color representation is good. I also got teh 4 year extended warranty for about $10. Overall a great monitor you should pull the trigger on. The only downside I've seen so far, is that it shows the video input on the screen briefly when the monitor wakes up from sleep, and that is a tad annoying

Very easy to just plug it in and start using it. I got this great big monitor for my elderly mother's computer: now everything is larger and she can read emails and Facebook postings unassisted (and I guess that's a good thing??). With all the positive reviews, the low price was irresistible. This monitor is a great value. I will probably get one myself when my current monitor burns out!

this is one of the lowest cost Monitors is this size range. if you don't need an adjustable height or HDMI input this is bar far the best deal. I have purchased more than 1 for our office. Best Buy always seems to have the lowest cost on them.

This monitor was much larger than my old monitor. I am very happy with the images that it produces.

I purchased this monitor for to use with my MacBook after my monitor stopped working. This monitor has a wonderful picture that is sharp and works well with my computer. The only problems that I had with this computer is that it comes with a VGA connection and you have to purchase an adapter to use it with Apple products or if you want to connect it to an HDMI. My computer would not recognize the monitor when I first hooked it up so I had to install software and it then worked perfectly. This might not be a problem for those who use windows but it might happen to others that are using Apple products. Over all I am very pleased with the monitor which I use for personal use as well as completing paperwork for my job when at home.

I already had 1 24" monitor and needed a 2nd to mount to a monitor stand for a 2nd computer. This one takes up less room and has better color. I am thinking about buying another one to replace my old monitor.

Wanted a large monitor to view instead of my laptop. 23 inches is perfect and the sale price met my budget. No HDMI but that feature wasn't in my price range. Not too much lag when streaming.

This monitor replaced a 15" tube type that was dying. The definition is crisp, and no warm-up is a plus. It may be an average unit but coming from that old CRT it was a quantum step change. Wish I had replaced it much sooner.

I bought 2 of these for my office so I could work in a multi screen setup. These monitors work great for what I need them to do. The picture is sharp and bright and they were easy to setup. Just wish they had HDMI connections as it would have made the setup a lot easier for multiple monitors and a laptop. Overall, these are a great value for work and home business.
