I had been shopping around for a 144 Hz monitor and came across this monitor. Checked reviews on Best Buy and a few other sites and it seemed as if it was decent enough. I was well aware that it is a TN panel and thus won't have the same type of color reproduction or viewing angles of an IPS panel. However, no amount of tinkering would get the screen to where my 60Hz BenQ has been at for 3+ years. Games were less choppy, but due to the terrible RGB spectrum on this panel, and after doing more searching, I could not keep this monitor. The pros limited but include the refresh rate and the USB hub.

I read a lot of reviews on a lot of different monitors, as I was in the market for a large 144hz 1ms monitor. I have found this monitor to meet all my expectations and exceed most. For the price, odds are you're not going to find a better 144hz monitor. Would recommend to any gamer, console or PC.

No issues, actually surprised how fast it is. Better screen than expected.

This thing is huge!!! This has a high refresh rate and flips 90 degrees.

This is my third AOC monitor. Was on sale for a great price. I would recommend this monitor to anyone who does any type of online gaming. Very fast, great color, works great out of the box.

This monitor is outstanding for a 27'. 144mhz and 1 ms response time is crazy good. Also, it raises and spins on a swivel. Its awesome.

My son got this monitor and he really likes it. It is not close to my computer so I can't tell you much about it other than my son really likes the picture it has.

I went through 3 other monitors before landing on this one, which I probably would have tried out sooner assuming there were more reviews other than the 1 and 5 star there was at the time of purchase. The other monitors I tried were the Viewsonic XG2701, VX2757 and BenQ RL2755HM. The XG2701 was definitely the best of the bunch, but also costs the most. Whereas the AOC performs similarly, has a better stand, lacks an HDMI in, doesn't have as good speakers but has decent ones, and has a better menu system. From a gaming standpoint, the AOC is stellar with unnoticeable input lag and relatively no ghosting with overdrive set to medium (no overshoot either). From an video/photo editing standpoint, while not 100% accurate colors, the AOC does an excellent job with color reproduction assuming you set the monitor to sRGB. The stand is excellent, with tilt, height adjust, portrait mode and a round swiveling base. One of the best features of the monitor is it's plain styling with no glossy parts. Since it is a TN panel, the viewing angles aren't going to be 100% awesome, but horizontally they're not bad at all. Vertically the gamma shift can be pretty bad, but that's what the tilt/swivel stand is to correct. Don't listen to the negativity, this monitor is actually awesome. Coming from a competitive gamer that has it right next to a BenQ RL2455HM, you won't regret picking this up for PC and console use.
