Beautiful monitor that doesn’t do as advertised

The manufacturers site stated this is compatible with Xbox Series X at 2K 120hz. That is not the case. I spent hours looking at tutorials and messing with settings to try and enable it. No go. I believe it’s due to the HDMI 2.0 port. I returned and bought an LG monitor that worked right out of the box. I would not recommend this monitor unless gaming on PC.

Disappointing Service from Best Buy

Received notice that it was being shipped on December 17. No other notices received. On December 20 I called customer service to find out that the item was "LOST". No one contacted me, I contacted Best Buy. Then in order to have it sent to the location designated by December 24, the service rep told me I would have to pay an additional $56.00. Then the manager was put on the phone only to waive that charge; however, the package was, in fact, not expedited to get to the destination on December 24, but instead was delivered on December 26. Customer service did not follow through and simply told me something I wanted to hear which was not true. Will never deal with Best Buy again.

Quality And Performance

The low latency mode does not work i am a semi pro gamer who needs certain specs and when i buy it i feel like i should get it. i contacted their support team several times and never had any answer back. they are a nightmare to deal with please save youre money!!!

Not compatible for xbox

Xbox would only allow 1080p at 120. Returned it and got an LG ultragear and it recognized 4k@120 instantly out of the box.

Thieves - Best Buy

They instead told me to file a police report but no refund. I call them thieves.

Amazing OLED monitor for the money
