i would change the speakers so they would be louder then what they are

it is a good product, I like AOC monitors, however, this one was not good to reproduce fast-moving images.

This is a nice monitor, unfortunately it had some light bleeding issues.

it was ok so far. reliable. i purchase a 4k samsun but have problems.

I used the setup that was suggested with the monitor but the image was still too large for the screen. Tried everything I could find online about how to fix and never could get it right. Had to pay someone to get it setup and it's still not right but at least I can see the address bar.

Upgraded my 20" AOC to this 27" AOC IPS monitor. I ve been using my 20" AOC monitor for 2+ years so I had no doubt of upgrading to another AOC monitor. I am so happy with my purchase. Size, price & resolution, exactly what I was looking for. Using it for watching Netflix and web browsing, everything is great. Highly recommend this product.

This monitor took quite a bit of effort to get to work with a Mac. The manufacturer's website was no help; Best Buy didn't stand behind their sale of it. Once I did get it working I find the resolution to be variable; about 1/4 of the screen is out of focus.

I did a lot of research before purchasing two of these monitors. I initially was going to buy two Apple Thunderbolt displays to go with my Macbook Pro Retina but my research revealed the Dell UltraSharp U2713HM was cheaper and better in several ways then I stumbled upon this gem. I use my monitors for work, photography and the occasional movie. I couldn't be happier. I picked up two of these on sale $269 at Best Buy for price of one Dell UltraSharp U2713HM. Unless you are a graphics artist this monitor will work for you. It looks elegant and performs way above average. Operating the adjustment controls will take some getting used to but not a deal breaker. You may experience ghosting when streaming video but that will be due to your signal strength not the monitor. I use them to edit my photographs and I was pleasantly surprised the printed versions of my shots were dead on. If you have cash to burn go for the Thunderbolt or UltraSharp but if you enjoy a bargain as I do, trust me, you're do no better.

I purchased this AOC monitor on the recommendation of a friend who is very into gaming and I don't regret it for a second. With such a large monitor, I made sure to measure the space I had available at my desk before the purchase, and I'm sure glad I did -- I only had 1" on either side to spare!! The monitor itself is very carefully and extensively packaged in the box -- removing the plastic wrap was a very careful exercise so as not to peel the IPS panel off of the front. It even comes with a sticker warning you not to remove anything from the screen itself, as that is the IPS overlay. Assembly of the monitor was an absolute breeze - simply unpackage the base and slide the monitor post into the base. The base allows the monitor to move slightly, but there is no height adjustment, only how much you tilt the monitor forward/back. The monitor also has rubber feet on the bottom and the monitor post acts to prop it up, so it can be used without the base. Picture quality is great, the size is amazing and the build quality is gorgeous. If only they made a higher-resolution one for this price, I'd be in heaven!

Only after 30 days the monitor start to show a line across the monitor not sure why and need a repair or replacement.

I had a hard time reading data on this monitor; just too fuzzy. I returned it within a couple of days.

Hooked it up to my laptop via HDMI but no matter what I did, couldn't get it to work. :(

I bought this monitor to mirror my Surface Pro 2 through the docking station. The price/value is great for the size and quality. The volume/sound leaves a little to be desired, but I didn't buy it for that and knew it wouldn't be very loud anyway. Having 2 HDMI ports is great as well. It allows me to watch my Apple TV2 through it as well. The resolution is great and the screen does well not having much glare. Recommended.

I think my purchase wasn't the best I made. I need to compare with other stores

I'm a graphic/web designer who uses Mac products, so I expect a lot from a monitor. I couldn't afford an Apple monitor, so I searched for something "as close as I could get" to one. I think I found it with this AOC 27" IPS monitor. The whites are as neutral as I've ever seen on a non-Apple product (perhaps even equal to an Apple). The color balance is great, and the viewing angle is as good as advertised. I feel confident that if I had a client sitting next to me, we would both see the same thing on screen (I've had the monitor for only 4 weeks now, so it hasn't been tested with a real live client present yet). I also edit video a lot and my footage looks great on this screen. Although it played no factor in my decision to buy, when I brought my son over to let him see my new computer set-up, he remarked on how cool the monitor looked, even before I turned it on. And now that I look at it again, I have to agree. The only down side is the quality of the speakers, But really, who expects a monitor to have decent speakers? I have an external set that I've enjoyed for years, so this is a complete non-issue for me. I consider it a plus that it as speakers at all, in case I ever need to take it with me for a presentation. Performance like this at this price point (under $300) is remarkable. I highly recommend this to any user, for professional or home use.

These monitors are not bad. As far a display is concerned they may not be top of the line but for the price you cannot beat them! Though the audio quality is quite bad. The speakers are very quite and lacks any bass notes. Which for the price of the display is to be expected. A good pair of headphones and you are ready to go! I would recommend these for anyone looking to do a triple monitor setup.

The reviews, product description, and verbal communication all indicated that this monitor was fully compatible with my Mac laptop. Not the case when I tried to connect. Returned the monitor and continue to look for a larger screen monitor that is compatible.

I purchased this AOC 27 2 years ago and the power input is going out. What a waste of money that it can't even last 2 years sitting on a desktop.
