Very pleased with this APC Back-UPS. I have a total of 3 APC UPS in the house this latest one is in the living room for the TV and related equipment. The others in my study and home office to provide back-up and surge protection for all my electronic equipment.

Recently at my apartment there are power fluctuations. But this surge protected allow me to hookup my monitor and computer data while using it for fraction of seconds without power. And gave me up ti 10-15min time to save my projects.

The system was delivered a day ahead of the projected schedule. The package was in good condition and installation was easy. It was a replacement for an earlier system so really no surprises. One thing I do like is size, The first system was so large I had to bury it in our desk cabinet. This one fits well on the desktop, behind our monitor.

My old UPS finally gave out and I wanted something smaller for my home office, especially since we're WFH for the foreseeable future. This model is more compact and has a USB port which my old one didn't have. Also has the right amount of powered plugs for my cable modem/router and alarm.

Got this after I had one where the battery is gone, I haven't been disappointed. There were two times that there was a power outage and with this battery I was able to shut down everything before they shut down by itself due to the outtage.

Works to have lamps, phone charger, etc. Electric goes out and if I had a lamp on it stays on (600VA). I have purchased larger size for my VOIP phone and router (1000VA) and have 900 VA for my modem.

Great for all my technology needs. I have many differnet programs I have to load onto my system and this will help with potential power outages.

Good quality and reasonable price, definitely better than the one it replaced. So far it works well, we've had 2 power outages since we installed it and we didn't lose a thing.

Time will tell if this can keep up with all the 2-second power failures that abound in my area. Instructions need to be better. We're not all IT professionals, APC. When connecting the battery, there was a clear plastic piece over where the cable needs to be connected. It didn't allow me to connect the battery cause it was slanted to one side. No idea if I should have removed the plastic piece, try to turn it, or what. It ended up coming off so I reattached it so I could connect the cable.

Easy setup and works good to protect all of our electronics from power surges. This was a replacement of a different model but very happy with it.

I bought this to keep my modem and security camera working during a power outage. The quality is great I recommend this for small electronics

Have these to back up computer, WIFI and also have one for the TV in front room. Allows me to power down naturally during a power outage.

Works great. I use it for my internet WiFi routers. If the power goes out or flickers we still have internet on our laptops and tablets.

We have used this brand of backup battery for years and we are very pleased with the brand. It works great!

This UPS does what it says and is for everyday use such as a BIG screen TV or a new desktop Computer no need to get anything else.

Battery backup is an essential accessory both at my office and home. Have used APC products for many years without any failure.

Seems to be working well. Easy to install. Much slimmer than my previous one.

Works as advertised. I like the fact that the plugs are all on top and are easy to reach and plug. I use it for a desktop computer. So far no problems.

When shopping for UPS's I'm always drawn to APC. I have had a few bad ones through the years, but APC made good on the warranty/replacement. When they are on sale, I usually pick another one up versus a replacement battery. The smaller footprint of the newer ones are nice too. I try to have most electronics in my house, including the internet broadband equipment, on a UPS for power blips and odd noises on the lines.

Works okay when the power goes off, but twice already I have walked into the office to find an error message on the screen and a steady loud tone that would only go away when I powered down the UPS completely. Not a big fan of this one.
