This is a great movie for anyone who enjoys action films. The blu-ray detail is amazing. Much clearer than the orginal film. A good way to spend a rainy afternoon watching as the movie is quite long.

Two versions of great Classic film available on one disc plus special "about" short. One of the greatest depictions of the horrors of US involvement in the Vietnam War.

Great deal on this bluray. I haven't watched the documentary but I enjoyed getting have both the theatrical and redux versions of the movie. Picture quality is good. I used the tv speakers for audio so I can't comment on surround sound quality.

One of the greatest films of all time. Francis Ford Coppola masterful adapts Heart of Darkness into a Vietnam setting in a film filled with amazing performances and writing.

The two version of the movie are wonderful to watch back to back so you can compare the theatrical version to Coppola's uncut version. What really stands out is the documentary on the struggles making the film.

I remember seeing this movie in the cinema years ago, but I cannot remember the details. Watching the blu-ray reminded me of why this movie is held in such high regard, it is brilliant. See it again.

I'm not a fan of the 'redux' version of this masterpiece but have no fear: both the original and the Notes documentary are included in exquisite Blu Ray. Best movie opening of all time is a gift for showing off your TV.

I love this classic movie, both versions, plus the documentary. I highly recommended it, as far as I am concerned it should have won the Best Picture Oscar in 1980. The video and sound are amazing!!

A classic Vietnam war movie, that is a must watch filled with quotes and concepts people still use today. A timeless masterpiece

Apocalypse Now is one of those movies where it has to be watched in it's entirety. Very epic and dark. It's long so you have to have patience since it's a slowburn type of movie.

This is a great film and this includes the original theatrical, the directors cut and Hearts of Darkness (the documentary about the making of it) which is FASINATING! Loved it.

If you are deep movie fan, then you need to have this in your collection. The cinematography. The music. The acting. The grand scheme of things for a time in war. Get it now.

Dark brooding and beautifully shot. This film has top notch acting but is very intense. Coppola is one of Hollywood's greatest Director's. Excellent blu ray transfer.

This is a great deal: you get both Apocalypse Now (two versions) and Hearts of Darkness, a very in depth documentary about the making of the film. Great stuff.

This version of Apocalypse Now has it all. The original, Redux (Coppola's Cut) and his wife's the making of. Everyone needs this movie in their collection.

This is a great post Viet Nam movie about how messed up war is and how messed up Viet Nam was. It's a classic and should be added to any collection. 4 Stars? - the war/ fight scenes are a little dated. But the movie is great. Extremely strange but that is with intent and is integral to the movie and the theme. Enjoy

One of the best war movies of all time. Awesome story with great actors and cinematography. The best motion picture adaptation of Heart of Darkness.

This is my favourite film of all time. I cannot get enough of it. The performances are superb and the direction is outstanding!
