The music still holds up and is great. I think we all know that going in. This album is among the classics. I mainly bought this to get the full album art. I remember the creature picture inside the original cd before everything got replaced with just the cross. The only negative i have is they show an alvum with a guns n roses image printed on it. I think that's the back side of the second album, which is blank because of the length of the music. Instead of art, mine is intentionally scratched up with swirls. Looks terrible, but i guess i just dont look at it

You can find a used copy of the first pressing on standard vinyl for $300. Or you can buy the remastered special edition on 180 gram vinyl NEW for $34. No brainer.

Listening to this album brings back so many memories! Had this on cassette tape, then cd, now the vinyl remastered set! The vinyls sound amazing, and the set came with some cool artwork from the original cassette/cd cover sleeves. Highly recommended to get for yourself, or as a gift for those that love rock from that era!!

Wow! I’m blown away. I wish all ‘remaster’ sounded this good. It’s not “brickwalled”, it’s a real remaster. Totally different feeling than the original. I got the 2LP with the holodisc. Super cool effect. Download card gives you the album in .aif format, which is awesome because its uncompressed and can be playedon any computer or converted to whatever other file format you want. I’ve been listening to this since it came out inThe 80’s hundreds of times. I swear it’s like I’m hearing it for the first time.

This is awesome. I wanted the original but after about a year of looking for it and not finding it in person I bought the reprint. It sounds great. All the art on there is awesome and the photos take me back to the ‘80’s. The only thing is I heard it was suppose to come with a digital code that includes extra tracks. I didn’t get that if it’s true but I’m fine without it cause I’m just happy to have it.

Everyone needs to have this Record in their collection. If you don't have it, this Remastered version is awesome and perfect to pick up!

This is a great set for any GNR fan, the audio is amazing and the extra features and hologram in the vinyl are awesome.

One of the top 25 albums 80 rock fans should on and a fans vinyl collection must have. Axle had a 5 octive range and his voice has this split sound that almost makes it like two people. Several hits on this album.

Awesome record. Comes with a couple bonus artwork sheets. But no lyric sheet.

Never gave up my vintage stereo equipment, so I am loving that I can buy new albums of my favorite bands! This particular album, Appetite For Destruction, is the concert I attended 3 years ago (top 3 of 564 concerts) & was phenomenal. This remastered version, with awesome speakers, is outstanding!
