I love this iPad! It works so fast and has so much storage and the screen is huge.

I know a lot of people want Heaven and Earth for $329. It’s not happening with Apple so get over it. What you will get is a major bump in processor speed with the A12 Bionic chip found in the current(not just announced) IPad Air. Everything else is pretty much the same. I brought the 7th generation and it was to slow watching sports and would often freeze. Me myself I am not paying 800 to well over a 1000 just to watch videos, check email, play games, and surf the internet. For big boy tasks I have a MacBook Pro for that. Now, if you don’t own a laptop and the IPad will be your main source of computing, then the IPad Air(2020) and IPad Pro are fantastic choices. Some people just want the latest and the greatest , I understand that(that’s how I am with cars:-) just not with IPads.

I went to the store i tent on buying an ipad mini. The best buy rep did a good job talking about the mini but pointed out this ipad. This one had better resolution and bigger screen and for less money!!!!! Downside. Only 32 gig memory which for my needs was ok but if that changes more can be added. Very happy with this ipad. And with the smaller price tag!!!

Probably the best value tablet out right now. Bought with the apple pencil. It's been amazing to draw on and do animation. Great for beginner artists. It's faster than the 2019 ipad and a tab bit lighter. Just overall no cons, besides wishing apple would up the 32gb to 64gb. But besides that it's overall a great tablet and does everything I need it to do.

I played with many version of ipads. This one I like due to a very good price point. 32gb is not a lot, but combine with cloud storage, It will fit 85% of users. It is slightly larger and slightly heavier than the ipad mini, but it offers 10.2" screen size. A much larger viewing screen compare to the ipad mini. I highly recommend it.

Finally upgrading from my iPad Air 2 to this 8th generation iPad. The processor seems plenty snappy for what I use it for. Screen looks great and is slightly larger at 10.2 inches. Thumb print reader works well. And the battery life seems great. It’s another great Apple product and at a reasonable price (on sale) for an Apple entry-level tablet.

The iPad is easy to use and is fast service when searching for information. It is compact and easy to put in the backpack to take to school. I am happy that I purchased the iPad for my teen and she is pleased with the iPad easy to use and helps streamline her school work better.

Screen is big, and it’s lightweight. Fast processor and easy to use. It has all the basic needs for a regular usage. But nothing surprise and very little changes by comparing to the older one.

This is the 2rd iPad same model for the school of my daughters and they simple love it, no glitches, no crashes, it's fast, works flawless no matter if it's for google classrooms, zoom, video player, music, etc.. everything works as it should and I think at this price, the relation of price benefit definitely matches.

This was the perfect replacement for my mom's old, broken 2nd generation iPad mini. All she really wanted was a larger, sharper screen and a faster processor, and that's exactly what this iPad delivers. This entry-level model is great for parents and non-power users, and super affordable too. Highly recommend it.

I’m sure there’s a comparable android tablet that gives you the ease of use and dynamic graphics and speed, but dollar for dollar, this model iPad is THE MUST GET for younger kids or Luddite adults. My three year old figured it out at a year and a half. I’m no Apple fan boy but this product just gets it right.

I haven't owned an iPad since the iPad 2 came out but I'm thrilled with this model. It's fast, lightweight, and the optimal size for reading ebooks, graphic novels, and reading news, browsing, and watching tv shows. It works great w/ the first generation Apple pencil too. Very pleased with this and would recommend it easily.

This 8th generation iPad is slightly faster and the battery life even improves with subtle modifications to close background apps when not in use and energy efficiency. Larger, more vivid screen then prior 9.7" models. Very affordable and durable build.

Exactly what I needed; an overdue upgrade from a much earlier generation iPad. Great battery life, good performance in terms of speed and display, and so on. I don't require a ton of memory since I don't download a ton to read offline, etc., so that is a consideration for others if they do need more memory.

Battery life is pretty good, lasts about 8 hours doing mobile games. Price is fair and much cheaper than buying an iPad Air. Screen size is perfect, large enough to watch movies on if you want to. Good quality overall and much faster than previous generation iPads.
