I bought an older version so I can could get more storage space and it works great! Super easy to import information from my iPhone.

Works wonderfully and it was a grwat price(with the sale). Customer service was wonderful too. Helped me do a lot of comparisons.

This is my fourth iPad, and they continue to improve - and they started out great! I love the ease of set-up, and the ease of use.

The item looks good and works good so far. I hope it won’t be like the older one I bought 3 years ago. The battery is dead and I don’t think they have a replacement for it. Because iPad is life, I need this for my work.

So glad I upgraded and got me a 256gb. No more worrying about storage ans not being able to download apps nor updates. This ipad does it all.

This was a replacement for my wife for a 4 year old iPad that wouldn't hold a charge, so am VERY happy with the new features in this version and so far it's been great!

Been looking for a new iPad to replace the one I have had for like 10 years. Someone recommended this one and so far I am loving it. Have not tried everything out on it, but loving that it has more storage than my old one.

I mean, its an iPad... pinnacle of technology...its 9th gen. Of course its a great deal. Good graphics and screen and with 256gb its fabulous.

I have more than one month with my tablet. I don’t have any issue with it. Great performance and if I need obtenerte when traveling I can connect it to my phone wifi.

I love my new IPad. Downloading apps has really been easy and I keep finding new ways to use the iPad. Battery life so far is great!

Another great iPad...we replace ours every so many years, this one works great. I bought this when it was on sale, and feel that Best Buys pricing was good.

Excellent product at an excellent price. I had been wanting to upgrade my previous Ipad that was so old and slow that it probably should have been in the Smithsonian.

Was planning on a new iPad (I believe mine is a 2nd Gen). Looking at the choices in the store-wasn’t paying attention to details since was there for other reasons Jesse came by and asked if I had any questions (amazing since my past experiences with reps in Best Buy haven’t been positive- they ignored you and wouldn’t answer even the basic of questions) Was a little hesitant to respond but figured has the time. He went through my choices, pros&cons, all based upon my needs. Guess what-bought an new iPad Jesse was awesome and would make a point of going tonSparks just for Jesse (and the others there) to assist me

Best Buy had the best price for this Apple 9th generation iPad. I would have rated the purchase with 5 stars if they had a useable tradein procedure that would allow you to copy data from my old iPad to the new iPad. When I went to pick up the new iPad they would not honor the tradein unless I turned over the old iPad at the same time I took possesion of the new iPad.. The only options provided to be able to copy the data was for me to do it then in the store or to hire the Geek squad to do the copy/install. I decided not to trade it in, but to do the copy/install at home. I can’t think of many times that you would not want to copy the apps and data from your old iPad when trading it in for a new one.

Great screen and functionality . Easy setup. Not sure why they didn’t use face recognition and went back to fingerprints.

It's a good sized iPad with a good amount of space.

Gave for gift for my son he is very happy with it. Early birthday gift. Purchased two of the one for granddaughter and other for don. They are both very happy with the ipads
