Works as expected, purchased for daughter, good battery life, good display & speed

I bought this for my 7 year old son, hes now 9 and is still enjoying it. He can face time his cousind and friends. He uses it as his remote. He also uses it for online learning programs through his school.

This iPad is fast, has a ton of memory and is really easy to use. Great product.

Finally made the switch to iPad from Samsung, and love the new device. It works seamlessly with my iPhone, and has a beautiful display. Owned over a year, and no complaints. Battery life is great, price was good as well.

This is the perfect apple product for me. Easy to use with a faster processing. The sound could have been higher . I do not know if it is with this particular one or same for all .

I researched my requirements for what would be my 3rd iPad. I picked it up from Best Buy. I transferred my old iPad to my new one . Perfecto. All is well . It works perfectly and has lots of storage. I recommend this model to those who want a new ipad for the at the lowest price.

It's bigger and better. High resolution pictures. It's faster and more enjoyable playing games.

I’ve had many iPads and this one is by far the best I would recommend it for anyone who has little kids. It’s a great tool for teaching and for learning but also for movies and games while traveling, especially on airplanes.

This iPad works great for quick needs and great for my kids to play games on and do their activities on long car rides.

Well. The time had come. My gen1 iPad Air was just unable to keep up with the constant iOS upgrades so now it’s this one. I’m not a big fan of the “improvements” in actual use. I miss the side switch and a few other things. I AM pleased with my new iPad. Things work again that were struggling and of course there’s nothing like that fresh new battery.

I'm very happy with the new iPad, I need to upgrade for more memory, other than that I went with the same size as what I had before but got the maximum memory. So much fast and does everything I need, always satisfied with apple.

This iPad had been expected a little earlier, but it arrived in perfect conditions and working extraordinarily. The experience of buying and receiving my package was great. The ipad is working wonderful and it has been great to take instead of the laptop and to watch shows and read e-books.

My first Apple ipad and was worried about my limited computer skills and switching over from my ancient android. it was so easy to use and navigate! its fast and colors are amazing. I am very pleased with this purchase, did't realize what I was missing. At 71 years of age, I've managed the switch easily plus great price at Best Buy!

iPad is one of my most used items next to my iPhone. This screen size is perfect in home bout to big definitely not to small! Fits in a big purse easily. Great for drawing, research, point of Sale system use, photo editing in it with Affinity Pro is my favorite. And when it comes home I place it in my wall and it controls my home through the home app.

I purchased this iPad because my previous iPad, which I need for work (psychotherapist), was failing to process Notes properly. Also, because the new one was on sale. Inevitably, I stumbled in not realizing that neither Best Buy nor most retail stores offer direct phone contact anymore. Still, when I came in you had it in stock, albeit shelved, and the purchase was made. I have had more irksome issues with Apple. Attempting to migrate between iPads through iCloud was a bit of a disaster. Let me just add that I prefer Best Buy's policy of simply not accepting calls to Apple's supposed AppleCare, which seems to be hiring unqualified people with no tech-support background beyond working through Systems Preferences, etc. I should add, I'm 77 years old, and can remember better days in both tech and retail environments. My main challenge now is to integrate my iPad with a MacBook Pro M1 Computer I bought several years ago at Best Buy in Ithaca NY. I was a geek squad member there; someone was supposed to come to my house and help me integrate my devices, however, he let me know on the day we picked that he had forgotten that the Daytona 500 was running and would have to get back to me. I canceled my geek squad membership, with significant resistance from Citibank (again, no phone calls accepted). In summary, the iPad I bought recently from Best Buy seems to work. While I understand that the entire retail environment is in decline, I still wish I could find support for integrating the iPad with the MacBook (and the phone, an older MacBook, and so on). I now live in Rochester –if per chance I win this lottery, I would spend it all a visit from a competent, qualified tech-support person to help integrate my home office tech environment. (e.g., can't add Apple photos to this site).

iPad gen 9 is yet another great device from Apple. The high level workmanship of the tablet, coupled with the best OS in the world, make it a solid purchase for a reasonable price. With 3 GB of RAM and the A13 Bionic chip, the pad cruises through tasks of various kinds.

I had an old mini iPad which has much less capacity. This iPad has much more storage and perfect size for me to put it on my piano score holder. It's light and handy. It's not expensive. It's worth it to get it!
