This IPad is easy to use. Switching from my previous version was easy and all my data transferred easily. It has a long battery life and the storage is adequate. The price was also great.

Great speed , ton of apps, durable, great display, excellent battery life

My wife had the first gen for several years amd it still works. This, obviously, is an upgrade in every way. It's faster, the screen is clearer, and it's sleeker.

This was been actually so helpful for doing my school work. I was skeptical if I really needed this, so I picked the most affordable model, but now after just a few weeks of using it, I feel completely validated in my purchase. Perfect for taking notes in class as well as doing my readings.

Was exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. Best Buy techs all understood my specific needs and didnt try to sell me a higher end tablet. I am not an Apple person, but the iPad far outperforms the competition and is an intuitive system to learn.

Great purchase. It's exactly what we needed for our restaurant. We stationed it on our front desk so the team can easily access resources like work apps for training, etc. It's become an essential tool for us. It's fast, beautiful screen display, and easy to use. Definitely glad we went with an Apple iPad versus other options.

Exactly what I needed for streaming music and videos. 64GB is perfect if you don't plan on storing too much, and do mostly streaming. The screen looks great for movies and shows. Runs very smooth when running standard apps.

Having never owning an Apple product (gasp), I was looking forward to my first one. This relatively inexpensive Ipad device was well worth the price. Many available apps, including Amazon, Directv, Spectrum and Google apps makes it easy to like. Transferred everything from my Android phone, including streaming apps, photos, contacts, etc. Fast response on every application. Best Buy shipped quickly and was well packaged.

Good, friendly for first time user of an ipad. User friendly. The design is attractive and colorful. It easily catches the eye. I like the feature of sincing it with my iphone. The arrangement of the keypad and other icons on the screen are conveniently placed. This also makes it easy for an elderly beginning user to learn quickly and become proficient at its use. Another feature I like is its ability to receive calls from my iphone and I talk with the caller. I know this Apple ipad was a good choice for me, a beginning user.

My wife bought this for me when it was on sale for $199. I use it so much more than I thought I would. It is great for when I am in the Garage fixing something and a need a video to see how to do something. It is great for looking at photos and watching YouTube as it is larger than my iPhone. Would absolutely pay $199 for it again.

Upfront disclosure: I'm a PC guy. I make my living fixing PC problems. My wife is technophobic. She would avoid computers all together except for her iPad and iPhone. We were forced to replace her iPhone when it would no longer do what she needed to do. Unfortunately, her iPad had reached that same plateau. Best Buy put the 9th gen iPad on sale. Without my wife's knowledge I ordered one. My plan was to do the switch while she was not around. I've bad-mouthed Apple for years, but there's one thing they do infinitely better than any Microsoft product -- upgrading to an up-to-date replacement. I powered up the new iPad and the first thing that came up was the instruction to set up the iPad being replaced next to the new iPad. I did as instructed, and immediately both iPads acknowledged each other. I was instructed to scan the moving circle on the new iPad with the camera on the old iPad. I answered "yes" to the question if I wanted to set up the new iPad with the info on the old iPad. Thirty minutes later I had a perfectly cloned iPad 9th generation. Except that the new iPad had a black frame instead of a white frame, my wife noticed no difference in the operation. Everything just happened a lot faster. Whoever designed this feature for Apple has earned the admiration from this diehard PC guy. Microsoft -- of all the things you copy from Apple, this is one you need to steal.

I replaced my 5th gen w/32 GB with my new 9th gen 64GB. I love the bigger screen, faster response, just everything about it. The price was awesome as well! Thank you Best Buy!

The tablet is really good my daughter loves it it’s way better than android for sure all her games work great definitely will stick to apple.

GREAT for little ones using educational apps. It works perfectly and integrates well with the parental controls. I have it in an otterbox and well...it has taken some beatings. Battery life is exceptionally well; wifi speeds are superb as well. A great buy for a basic iPad.
