    I wanted a tablet that had good battery life and could potentially and occasionally be a laptop replacement. So far it's ok. I bought a 3rd party keyboard case (the Apple one was expensive and didn't have a back cover). I'm looking forward to installing ipadOS on it to get another step closer to a laptop. Call me old fashioned, but I like that this model still uses TouchID and a headphone jack.
