At first I was using a kindle but it move slowly sometime, so the iPad was a definite upgrade. The internet speed is fast and I had no problems with the screen freezing. But make sure you get Apple care because my charger port stop working suddenly. But I have Apple care and a new one was sent out

It's an Ipad

Was glitchy generally. We just sort of lived with it. Christmas she got a 256 10th and have no issues.

After talking with our sled consultant, we chose a larger memory IPad. He was extremely helpful, guiding and advising us on our search, not pushing to sell anything. He kept asking questions on our needs and wants, then recommended the tablet we purchased. It’s been a few weeks since purchase and we are completely satisfied with what we got! I love Best Buy’s no hassle, we are here to help, assistance! That, along with Geek Squad support makes purchasing from Best Buy an absolute No Brainer!!

Super gift for myself!
