Upgraded from an old iPad. More memory, better screen, durable, better batter, and got good value trading in the old one. Simple, easy. Happy with the purchase.

I always go to Best Buy yo buy my devices. They are knowledgeable , have the convenience of the credit card with rewards or no interest for a period of time. The IPad is great. Nothing bad to say about Apple products.

My granddaughter will be thrilled with the new 10.9" iPad. She has an older model she really liked and we will absolutely love the updated 10th generation iPad and it is her favorite color too!! In fact the iPad was delivered to my home before I arrived at Best Buy to pick up the Apple pen!! Great service!! Everyone we dealt with at the store was wonderful when I picked up the pen. Very happy, great product - great service!!

Love it. Not to much different from other models. Still easy to use and understand. I’m sure there are features I haven’t discovered yet. Much better than my last 10 year old version.

Best ipad, i generally hold onto my products for YEARS because they last for so long. SO pleased to have this new one! The blue is so pretty too!

This iPad 10th generation is really good, I am so glad I got it, it’s really good for everything, playing games, searching, you name it, everything you want on line you can do it. So fast just like my phone only difference the size is bigger that’s I want it.

I like it cause it’s a lot bigger. I’m getting older. I like to put puzzles together on it.
