The iPad Air 4 is a huge upgrade from the previous versions. The full screen design is amazing. It has Touch ID, which is nice, but it’s placement on the power button makes it a bit uncomfortable to access in certain situations; Face ID would definitely be better. There’s also no headphone Jack, so you either have to use wireless headphones or purchase an adapter, but then you can’t charge and listen at the same time. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic device. Elegant design, fast speeds, great functionality.

Great tablet for the money! Possibly Apple's best product to date. Screen is beautiful and the response time is significantly better compared to the iPad Air 2. Tablet comes with a Type-C cable and a 20W 5V 3A wall charger. As with all technology products, if you desire a pristine device forever, I recommend a case and a glass screen protector. Things to note... There is no home button as that was replaced with a swipe up feature so, if your kids play swipe happy games they will be frustrated until they figure out the tolerances. There is also no headphone jack so prepare for bluetooth or a Type-C to headphone dongle.

The blue color is a very soft, light color but if you plan to put in a case you won't see any of the color anyway. This iPad Air 4 was bought to replace the Air 2 that I have and it has a little bit bigger screen and there is no button to take you between screens. It works like the newer iPhones, just swipe it. It also has the newer, faster plug/charger and no jack for ear phones. Otherwise it works just like my old one and it was easy to transfer my info from one to the other.

Great product. Easy to use. Purchased for my special needs son who loves it. The only thing I think the description should also include is that you need an "adapter" type of thing to use headphones.

I wish I could say this was the iPad perfected but the fact that it doesn't have any type of Face Unlock and you have to use your finger at the very top power button over the home screen just feels inconvenient. I love that it comes in different colors, I got the green one. I don't see why they felt they had to remove the headphone jack from the iPad saying that it's primarily a device that you would use at home. My recommendation is wait until it goes on sale and don't pay full price. It works and it's good for upper quality iPad and it looks more premium compared to the cheapest basic ipads.

Love my iPad. Had an iPad Air 2 and just wanted to upgrade. I mostly play Candy Crush and look at some social media. Got the Apple pencil with this one and like the way it charges on the top. The one complaint I have is that that discontinued the port for wired headphones.

I wish I paid more attention to the product instead of the price. My son was upset to learn there was no headphone jack or round home button.

The I-Pad Air is extraordinary. The colors are fascinating and so is the sound. It is much better than the old I-Pads. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It is perfect and it has no problem but one. The problem is the I-Pad has no headphone plug-in and half of the time the plug-in won't work but besides from the headphone plug it is amazing.

Love the screen clarity and biometric log in. Hate that it does not have headphone jack and have been unable to find a USBC adaptor that works. Did not see it in the specs that they did away with the headphone jack

Little mad it doesn't have a headphone jack but I'll get over it. But definitely happy apple ditched that stupid lightning cable for a more useful USB C

it should be 4 stars if it has earphone jack; apple want you buy i pod
