    I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS BUNDLE I BOUGHT!!! Don’t waste your money! It is so limited it’s ridiculous. I got this iPad with the pencil airpods and keyboard, thinking it would be similar to getting a laptop. Can’t even connect to most WiFi’s! Chrome has no settings. EVERY SINGLE APP IS CLUTTERED ON YOUR HOME SCREEN!! Widgets including a calendar can ONLY go on the left side on the main screen!! Returns only give you 2 weeks to decide if all the bad stuff wrong with it is worth it which believe me its not and if I hadn’t been on vacation I would of returned it. $1300 for a paper weight. I can do more from my PHONE then this waste of money! *auto correct covers text bar *google chrome wont add a home button. Have to search for google or open ANOTHER tab. *apple “customer service” is worthless when having questions!! Like they don’t even know their products. They just google the issue!

    This is not about the product quality itself, it is about best buy. I bought a brand new ipad air but received an open box one, I checked w/ the serial number online and found it has been activated one month ago before the day I received it. I felt very unhappy about it.

    No stars AT ALL!!!!!! I normally don’t do bad reviews but this one oh yeah most definitely getting it... I loved the product but... “Brand New” but when I signed in with my account ohhh Chile they hacked the mess out out of I couldn’t believe I was getting hacked everyyyyyyy day I couldn’t take keep changing my password everyday back to back. This is something I never been threw AT ALL. BUt I decided not to sign in on it anymore then I stopped receiving the hacks. THANK YOU GOD!!! By the way I never got hacked until This device absolutely won’t buy again. Have a wonderful day everyone & be safe. God bless you.

    Bought an open box, Geek Squad certified, best condition possible iPad Air and received it quickly, but it was locked. Now I can’t even get into the iPad.

    I really liked this iPad. After only using it a dozen times Within two years, It stopped charging. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy an extended warranty and I took it in to get it serviced. Over $500 down the drain. The Apple Store informed me that I would have to replace the iPad because they cannot be fixed. I’m very seriously doubt I’ll be Going with Apple again for a tablet.

    I’ve had this iPad a little over two years. It does not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours (and that’s with it NOT being used). I don’t use it regularly and didn’t notice until after the warranty had expired. So disappointing!

    Black screen out of no where and apple says they can’t do anything because it’s been a year, mind you, i barely use this device other than to watch tv shows when i’m on the go

    It was an openbox product and it wasn’t really working correctly to I issued a refund and they took it back

    Not real happy, miss the home bottom terribly. Gesturing is confusing and mixed. Not an engineering marvel.. wish I never bought it!!!,, weight is okay and thin profile is nice.. don’t know about strength though.

    This is the first Apple product I have purchased. I expected top notch quality based on the feedback from people I know with Apple products, and Apple's reputation they have created precedes them. I only switched to an iPad from an Android one for Adobe Fresco and Illustrator and Procreate since none of them are available on the Android platform. The Apple Pencil was a consideration vs. competitors as well, but not a deal breaker as I'm fine with other pens. The first iPad I got had a speck of dust between the glass and screen. It was barely noticeable when the screen was on, but I finally decided to return it because I didn't know if it would create a problem, especially with pressure sensitivity--which that in itself is important for drawing. Best Buy of course swapped it out no problem when I showed them. The associate I got said he had never seen that before. (However, discussion boards are littered with stories of the same, I have now found.) We opened the second iPad right then and there and both looked over the screen. Seemingly now problems. When I got home, I looked at it under brighter lighting and discovered a small scuff. Oh well, I thought. I then tried out the Apple Pencil, and it would not drag smoothly across the screen except in a few small spots. It was almost like hitting fine sandpaper. It wasn't the tip because it's new for one, and two, the smooth and rough spots were in the exact same spots every time. I ultimately decided to keep the one I had and not try again. Partially due to the hassle of it all, and partially because I will always have a glass screen protector on it anyway. (The cheap big box store one I got glides smoothly....go figure.) If Adobe ever brings Illustrator back to Android and brings Fresco over, I will be switching back to my go-to brand. Four cheap one expensive tablet, and 5 phones later, I only ever had an issue with one phone. I'm 2 for 2 with Apple. Search "iPad dust under screen" and "iPad pencil not smooth" or "iPad rough glass" and see what you find before buying, lest you think this is a hoax review. It's not just post-2020 situation stuff either. There are 2019 dated threads and earlier.

    10 months is, randomly stops charging. Only used Apple provided charger. Has protective case. Still looks brand new. Upset!

    Disappointed that I told salesperson I needed a new iPad, explaining mine was 6 years old, and so loaded up with apps, it bogged down. It was a 128gb. He told me this would be better. When I opened it to charge it, I saw it was only 64 gb and I was not happy. I returned it right away.

    When I bought this product, it was open box. I’ve bought open box product from Best Buy before. This product was deemed excellent certified, but it was far from it. Scratch’s on the front glass. A LEGIT DENT ON THE BACK OF THE IPAD. Not to mention when I plugged the cable in to charger port. It didn’t charge because of liquid detection. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Every other product I’ve bought with them that was open box looked perfect till now.

    Bought this iPad for my daughter for Xmas. Upon her opening it the battery was bad. I returned it to Best Buy because they couldn’t find any iPads at any Best Buy stores for under $1200. I ended up buying her a new one from Mercari and so far so good. I really am not happy with Best Buy as their only solution was to take it to Apple and pay to have them fix it or return it for a refund. Not much of an option and really didn’t care. Next time Best Buy will be my last resort for any major purchases.

    Awful iPad due to constant rebooting after having it 3 days. Thai was an exchange from the exact same model that had a broken home button !

    I am happy with My IPad Air, but unfortunately I am not happy with the keyboard I got nor with the pencil, I tried to get in touch with you to ask for an extension to return both of these items that I never used because I am out the country and won’t be in the US until April 7th and if I would had known that the time of return or exchange is so short I would had never buy in Best Buy, I am so disappointed with that fact. Awaiting for your response. Thank you for your attention.

    Difficulties with operating; the iPad constantly demands the new user to register with iTunes and does not recognize user name or password. This interups user from ease of iPad usage, hence, My iPad has not been used since the second day after purchase. To get technical assistance requires a visit to the Apple store, where there is a line of customers that extends for several hundreds of feet outdoors that has customers waiting for several hours before being helped.

    Ordered 12/8 was told it may be late (not in time for Xmas) get a email saying it was out for delivery 12/24. Doesn’t show up call everyday after looking for it, tracking shows it out for delivery on the 24th meanwhile it’s a week later. File a claim and all of a sudden the tracking shows delivered 12/24.

    Defective right out of the box. Possibly had a short in it near the charge plug. Returned for a refund. Bought a 6th generation ipad a year or so ago, nothing but trouble with it. Apple replaced that ipad after warranty expired because i had so many documented phones with them. The new one is just as wonky acting. Losing faith in Apple products.

    We have bought goods worth around USD 1,000. Unfortunately, we didn't get a credit and 100 USD discount. In spite, we have been advised to get a lease, which is so costly. The interest rate is 125% if you pay after a year. As new immigrants, we were mistreated by the employee of the German Town Outlet.
