ipad purchase. made appointment with geek squad for pick time for computer. the lady at g.s. said leave it for at least 3 days along w/my mac pro. the guy came out and he said they could do because osi not up to date. i went on line and updated w/apple awesome lady help me do that in 3 hrs. made another g.s. appointment tried to get ipad running. went to my daughter, son-in-law and son all apple owers and engineers. it took each several hours to get it removed and reinstalled. apple store in penn square walked son thru reinstalling. why did i purchase g.s. assistance they don't understand apple? My son-in-law installed new screen in mac

Extremely fragile and thin. One light drop or bump and it’s done. Definitely not as durable as other iPads.

Defective product less than a year finger print scanner is stopped working charging port is not working looking for a service

I'm not one to normally leave a bad review, but buying this iPad was an experience. the man who helped me at this location was very nice but the Best buy staff at the jordan creek location was terrible and I will never be going back, the man at the JC location told me" I didn't look like the TYPE to have an iPad, and if I was sure I could do that" Then proceeded to be rude though the rest of the process I was so upset i ended up walking out and not buying anything. I don't think your staff should tell me i don't look like he type to buy something or not. If i remembered his name i would tell you. The fact that I am a young female SHOULD NOT decide if i can get an I OR NOT!!!!!!!! The staff at the university location was amazing and you need more like him. The ipad itself works great this review is nothing to the product just the Service

screen so gentle broke out of the bloom and it’s not worth it

I bought an open box marked "Satisfactory". The screen is a bit leaky (which is common), but overall, this IPad works great. When I opened the box, greasy fingerprints covered the whole screen. (I can't even use alcohol to remove these fingerprints. It looks like a kid eating McDonald's while playing Roblox on this iPad, and these greasy things can't be wiped off in my case. No kidding, It took me few days to get the fingerprints gone.) Can BestBuy please ask the staff to clean it up before repacking it? I bought it at a price close to brand new, so yes, I do expect better quality.

I only had it for two weeks it started to freez bestbuy was good on the exchange but now not shure how long it will work not such a good experience definition is really good sounds aswell it has nice screen size

Was not worth it cost significantly higher compared to the cheaper model iPad and doesn’t provide much of a difference except slightly in speed

New Apple I-Pad worked fine for about 1 month. The batteries would not recharge. Problem was with I-pad not the charger. I returned the I-Pad to Best Buy Geek Squad with an appointment. They have to keep the I-Pad for 1 to 2 weeks. The Geek Squad member stated that I may get a refurbished I-pad not the original. I do not like that idea but I cannot fix it myself. Doug

I was really in love with this tablet and was able to purchase it with the 12 month financing offer that Best Buy offers, nonetheless, my tablet freezes contantly and has a vertical line on the screen. In addition, it has susceptibility issues. I do not bring the tablet outside of the house and have a double cover. It is frustrating having issues that are not my fault. This tablet is too expensive and I guess not worth the money,

I have been back to the geek squad three times and the first 2 Times thought everything was set up correctly an very accommodatingly. Upon returning today I was told the program that was part of my purchase does not apply to my iPad Air or iPhone 6 and I have automatic coverage thru Apple but must go to Apple app to enroll. I am not computer savvy and am totally frustrated. I was referred to customer service who promptly told me they cannot help.

I'm surprised out how poor the battery life is. I even went to the bestbuy where I bought it and the battery condition was 100%. I have a standard ipad (8th gen) and it gets great battery life. And while the sound is better than on my ipad, it's not great. The screen is okay but not great. Pretty good chance I will be returning this.

Apple's passcode feature and small children tend to create a nightmare. Their remedies for restoring a permanently disabled device don't always work, compounding the problem. Maybe a cool device, wonderful graphics, but not practical for children. Had I known before purchasing what I know now, there would have been no purchase.

Very disappointed with my original order . Lost in the system. Went to store 3 times. No one answers the local store phone. Item finally reordered and after 18 days finally picked up My iPad Air. No apologies and no good customer adjustment offered or small gift card for inconvenience. Been loyal Best Buy customer for many many years. I do like the new ipadair

This is one of the worst ipad i have to date. 3-4 months after I bought this, the screen went blank, went to Best Buy and after it was fixed, it would not charged. Went back to Best Buy to have it repaired. For now it is working but who knows for how long

I am an Apple fanatic, so I was excited to get another Apple Product, however I am highly disappointed with this purchase and wished I would have stuck with the iPad Pro. This one does not compare to the Pro at all.

Not durable at all. Accidentally stepped on and instantly bent the wimpy aluminum case. My beater Fire tablet has been stepped on tossed with no damage. $79 vs $500? No competition.

I didn’t like how this felt in hand. It felt cheap and not Apple quality. I don’t know what people want this for. It’s a weird size and uncomfortable to use in hands. Definitely not worth it for my needs.
