I ordered an already open box iPad that was supposed to be “excellent” condition, but came with clear stress marks on the screen and was missing both the charging cable and ac adapter. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of Best Buy’s ability to label this specific item with the wrong condition, but it’s still a great product with full use.

It's a good ipad but the only problem I'm having with it right now It's the facetime. It keeps saying facetime failed when i make a call or when i pick up a facetime call from someone. If it keeps doing that i will have to return it but other than that everything works great.

Upgraded my daughter from a 2018 iPad. She really like the better processor & the apple pencil capability. The display is amazing I must admit.

I love my iPad Air..but coming from the iPad Pro I almost wish I had shelled out the extra couple hundred and purchased an 11 inch iPad Pro. I currently have a 12.9” IPad Pro 4th Gen and I have been blown away by what it is capable of. Yes, on paper the iPad Air sounds like it is the same as iPad Pro but when you use both back to back you can tell the difference. The air is lighter, and the screen does not have that pro motion which I thought wouldn’t make a difference but it does. The iPad Air is perfect for reading comics and books, the main reason I got it, but if I was going to watch a movie/tv show or use remote play for my PS4 I would prefer my iPad Pro. Same with drawing, the pro is just better and offers the best screen and features, but if you cant afford the pro the iPad Air is a close second. I’m baffled why apple chose to use Touch ID instead of Face ID on this as Face ID is very easy and my personal preference.

    Great performance several inconveniences

it's light & lightening fast with a sharp impressive screen that is much easier to see in the sun than my old iPad Air 2. I accidentally press the power button fairly often when holding it in portrait mode. This quietly opens Siri, I think, which means, I think, that I'm being recorded unintentionally. I don't like that. As this is my first USB-C appliance I find the expense of supplying myself with new cords in all the locations where i plug in irritating and using USB-C & lightening at the same time is quite inconvenient. That said, within the next few years most of the things I own will probably be USB-C so it's inevitable. It also requires more power than many of my existing power adapters have so I'll have to upgrade that too.

    Pretty average user experience

I decided on the iPad Air because it has the newest chip, supposed to be faster and will last longer before being forced into being obsolete. I have owned Apple products since the 1980’s, and this is my 4th iPad. The last one was a basic model and only lasted 7 months-it was a lemon from the beginning, so I wanted to avoid that again even though I mainly use this for media. I feel it is a little faster, but the retina screen is a whatever. The colors seem almost muted at times and there is no way to bump them up in settings. It is very thin and light. I wish I could say wow, this is so excellent but really it is an expensive average product.

I had it for two years it was good while it lasted . It did just recently die randomly it wouldn’t charge anymore . The logic board or motherboard just gave out randomly during the week . Nothing Apple could do basically better to buy a new one . But while it was working it was great. Just buy Apple care monthly.

After a year with the 4th gen iPad Air, I have zero complaints. It is still running like new and there is no lag or slowing down. I’m a college student so I’ve been using it for taking notes, taking online assignments, doing homework and watching media. Although these task aren’t heavy on the iPad, the iPad had no trouble running them. I truly recommend these iPad because it’s affordable and it can do about the same things the higher end model iPads can do. The only difference between them is price, power and screen.

Product has provided me, what I think has exceed my expectations. Ease of transferring my data/apps. Noticed speed increase and also the display is much better than my previous iPad. On a side note: As a result of transferring apps/data, an app for some reason not compatible with latest IOS, prevented WIFI operation. Obtained appointment with local Apple Store, rep resolved issue in an efficient manner.
