I bought my iPad from Best Buy and overall I’m happy with the product quality — the device works great and matched what I ordered. I appreciated the selection and price. However, like many others, I think their customer service and return experience can be inconsistent depending on which store or rep you deal with. Some people have great experiences, while others have had to work harder to fix order issues.

This iPad way a great addition to my Apple ecosystem! It was not too expensive, and it works great with everyday tasks! I am so happy Apple has a budget-friendly iPad that I use every day!
