This is my first iPod... I know right! Anyhow, I bought it mainly to control my music streaming and stereo receiver. I also found it wonderful for traveling and getting/sending emails. I dislike using my phone for emailing and my 27" iMac doesn't fit in my suitcase so this is great size wise. Being on the lower end of iPads didn't matter to me. If you plan on loading it up with apps and programs that need more processing power or storage space you're going to have to spend a little more. This iPad is plenty for my needs. The 11" screen is a great middle range size.

One of my favorite purchases. I was going to get the more expensive version for my girl but she she for this one instead and she’s obsessed with it. The service for the pick up was amazing and the employees were very fast and kind. She loves the iPad both for her games and school and while looking around we found some other cool appliances and gadgets were eventually going to buy for our new house!!!

This is so helpful and easy to use and I can get a lot of work done on it!

Nice gift for the children or grands then you can have your phone all to yourself. Good price and a very good IPad. You can order the GB of how much you need for them for atorage.

Traded in an old IPad for this one. Works great, fast and effecient.

I got this as a replacement for my wife's old iPad. Her old one was having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. It arrived on time and was well packaged. She is very happy with its performance. The only problem we had was we didn't know how to set it up and transfer her data from her old iPad. We didn't know how to initially connect to our Wi-Fi. FINALLY, we called Apple and received instructions from a very patient lady who walked us through the initial set up procedure. Working great.

I had a very old version of Apple IPad when I decided it was time for an upgrade. I was greeted immediately by a sales associate who helped me with my purchase. I am not very tech savvy so I was glad that my sales associate was able to guide me through the process. The fellow that assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the products. He did not try to upsell and gave me great advice. Based on my positive in store experience I will shop Best Buy when I’m in the market for tech devices. My Apple IPad was up and running very quickly. It is a big improvement over my circa 2015 model IPad.

This is my first Device I ever bought from Apple. Definitely worth the money. I love it, I'm 70 years old now and always was an Android person, I think I will stick to Apple now, Thanks iPad!

Upgraded my granddaughter's ipad from gen 9 to the gen 11. The color pink is just what she wanted. Easy to set up and so far great product.

Exactly what I needed. It’s great Apple makes an iPad that’s compatible with their 1st gen Apple Pencil because I can continue using it. The screen also looks great, very bright for using outside. So far the battery is lasting with over 40% left over every day which is fantastic.

The IPad 128gig is excellent. It is the second one we purchased one for me and one for my husband. The price was great and affordable. Sale person was excellent and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended.

Great price and received quick. Christmas gift for husband. His other iPad was only two years old, but this one is a lot better on color and just a little bigger screen. Would recommend it!
