It was a gift, and she loves it, as it is not a true upgrade, because this model only has wifi, her old one came with internet use, but it is a 9 so this one is new

Love it. I use it every day for accessing web pages, streaming movies and YouTube. It’s a great “in between” from my iPhone and my laptop. I bought this to replace my old iPad that doesn’t update to the latest iOS version. I also like to sync apps from my phone, computer and iPad so if I start something on one device I can pick up what I was working on in another device. (Ie. syncing files in Dropbox, using kindle app, scrivener ( a writing app), etc) This iPad works great for that.

It does everything we need it to do for my kid. He enjoys it. It was easy to transfer all his stuff from his previous ipad.

So far so good. Have only been using a couple days and the screen feels so much bigger (even though it is not much). It is running so much faster than my 4 year old iPad. Definitely an improvement!

Good iPad ! Bought for my daughter for school. Instead of carrying the heavy chrome she uses the iPad instead!

As with most Apple products itis well made and designed

Initially went to Apple store in Towson. They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...

The 11-inch iPad A16 128GB is absolutely fantastic. It carries big workload for a simpler iPad and doesn't waiver on its durability. It was the prefect gift for my daughter. And the Pink is a nice touch as well!

Best Buy’s service was quick. Ordering online was easy and received this tablet in a couple of days. The increase in memory from 32 gb on our old tablet to 128 gb on this tablet is a plus for this price point.

It works well for what I need, it makes reading ebooks at home more comfortable than my iphone, and it does a lot of what I need a laptop for. Its reasonably priced

This was purchased as a Christmas gift to my mom. She was so surprised! She loved the bright pink back! She's a Candy Crush fiend and has taken to using the iPad more than her iPhone for her games!

This is a great iPad. Purchased for my son for school. It works great and stays charged for hours. Woud definitely recommend.
