    I love all three of my iPads Best Buy is great in customer service and getting your order to you in a timely manner I have just recently spent 2300 dollars on items and didn’t have to wait a day I love the service I get with them

    I purchased this tablet for my fiancé last minute for our anniversary, and I wasn't sure it would arrive on time. However, Best Buy came through! It arrived within two days and was in great condition. My fiancé loved his gift and plans to buy accessories through Best Buy because of their quick delivery!

    I wasn’t real happy with this tablet because I am use to generation 9. I’d rather have the button on front to close apps instead of sliding used apps half up the screen as they don’t really close. A1 is everywhere on here and I don’t feel comfortable with them staring at every meow I make. Plus now with A1 you don’t even know what’s a real story or news Announcement, it’s so much fake news, fake stories untrustworthy.

    What great hep the employees were. I was purchasing a iPad for a 82 year old man Confined in a nursing home. There was one on sale, didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need

    It's not my first iPad but I needed an upgrade on IOS chips. So far, connectivity with multiple websites open while multi-tasking is good. The only downside for this iPad is the screen is not as clear and sounds not as good as compared to Pro. Otherwise everything is working fine.

    I was weighing the difference b/w 10th gen A16 ipad. Given the latest chip in 2025 model and 128 gb as base storage, it was a no brainer for me to ho ahead with 2025 model.

    Serves the purpose of not having to try and read plans or emails on my phone. I wish there was more functionality (MS for Mac) software included in purchase even if its 90 days.
