The iPad is amazing and I have no issues with the device itself. If you’ve had any of the previous ipads(I had a 6th Gen) and you liked/loved that iPad then this will iPad you will love even more. My issue is receiving the product and/or the communication I’m getting said product. First of all I love Best Buy & I am a loyal customer for 20+ years and I usually never had delivery issues but getting this product was very frustrating & disappointing. My product came 4 days late of the expected delivery and each day before I received this product I was told/saw the tracking and said I would receive it “today” and it’s out on delivery. I even called and/or chatted with an agent and was told the same thing. Maybe FedEx could be to blame as well but the communication between the 2 was horrible. Anyways, the “final straw that broke the camel’s back” moment for me was when I received my product and the delivery box was badly damaged. It looked like somebody possibly opened the box and tried to re-tape it. Maybe they tried to steal the iPad? Not sure what to think. But then the iPad box itself was “dirty” and it looked like it slid across a warehouse floor or maybe the delivery truck. I included some photos but I regret not taking more photos. Anyways again I love Best Buy but this experience left me feeling highly unsatisfied. Hopefully somebody from this company reads this because this can’t happen again.

Apple always packages products well and provides an easy start up process. The almost 11 inch screen size here is great for apps and videos on the go.

Great customer service and the product is also amazing. I use mine for college, it’s easy to carry it in your bag, it’s not heavy like a computer and the pencil makes taking notes even easier as well.

I love having an iPad. No issues so far. I loved the order and pickup option. It would’ve taken a week or so to go through another platform to get this, but I got it the same day through Best Buy.

I was so intrigued by it when I seen it color was perfect for the gift I will highly recommend someone to get it for them selfs. Can’t never go wrong with Best Buy with the Best Buy.;)

Got it for my girlfirend and she loved it. she can finish her school on it, draw her art, and sketch with it all while being easier because of the bigger screen and she can enjoy the games she likes even more.

The I-pad price was very competitive with big box stores and the free shipping and availability to Hawaii was what us made the decision to purchase from Best Buy. We received the I-pad in a minimal mount of time for shipment to the big island. The I-pad it’s self is everything that we expected and we’re very happy with it. We give Best Buy a strong recommendation for on line shopping for the Hawaiian islands.

This is my 10-year-old son's first iPad. It runs Roblox, his favorite game, great. It's great for reading, watching videos, and doing homework.

Bought the Apple tablet for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it, and has committed on the crisp display, seamless sync to her apple phone and ease of navigation.

Perfect pad for everyday use. The size is exceptional with the large display and great clarity. I went from a mini pad to this one and the reading is much easier. Great product and great price.
