    Was torn between the M series and the A16 models. After reading reviews, we landed on the A16. So much faster than the previous model which was traded in to reduce the net cost to us. Customer service was great!

    My husband needed to update his iPad so I bought him this new one. The great price made me suspicious of the quality but it said it came from Apple. He loves it. It’s faster. Great deal!

    Way to setup direct from your phone and great screen clarity. While the iPad is very durable I recommend still getting some sort of case for further protection.

    My husband loves the size - larger than the iPAD mini but not too big to carry around. With his low vision he appreciates being able to have larger sized icons and larger text size.
