    Bought this for my son who’s a freshman in college. For taking notes and reading, this is a perfect product for him. When his schedule is full, it’s very convenient to have the iPad for his study sessions too.

    Nice iPad with a16 chip. Camera is very clear and tracks the user for FaceTime. Screen is clear and dual speakers is great compared to prior iPad. However, the aluminum housing feels very thin and fragile. Just put it in a good case and good to go

    I’ve been learning about this product and enjoying it so far. The lightbulb is really helpful. My only complaint was that customer service was not helpful when I returned to the store the next day after I purchased it. I made a simple mistake and turned on the voice option. They were going to charge me $30. Yes, they did offer me a plan for the geek squad but it was literally two taps and button push. My purchase was literally not even 24 hours later.
