    Overall I am pleased with my iPad. Missing is the ability to use facial recognition. If this was available on the iPad I would have given it a 5. It is a very good replacement for my aging iPad

    As someone who is in customer service, Nadia and Jordan gave exceptional service. I had a glitch with the first iPad I purchased. Nadia helped me out with the second iPad.
